The handgun support device includes a handgun rest for supporting at least a portion of a grip of a handgun therein, where the handgun rest includes a wall portion, a front support for at least a portion of a front side of the grip of the handgun, the front support protruding from a front side of the wall portion, and a back support for at least a portion of a back side of the grip of the handgun, the back support protruding from a back side of the wall portion and including a hole or gap to allow a thumb of a user to be placed through an opening thereof to support the handgun against the wall portion of the handgun rest with the user's fingers and opposing thumb. The handgun support device further includes a rigid structure extending from the handgun rest for being held against an external support.

摘要： A firearm stock having a bipod on the end of the fore-stock with legs that store in channels formed inside the fore-stock and which permits the canting movement of the deployed bipod with respect to the stock. The bipod legs are pulled from their stored positions to extended positions and then pivoted to their splayed and deployed positions perpendicular to the axis of the stock. The stock also pivotally and optionally carries a monopod in the underside of the butt stock for pivoting rearward to its deployed position, urged by a spring into both the deployed and stored positions. The bipod legs may telescope and are exchangeable with different types of legs; the monopod is extendable and may be stored in its extended position against the underside of the butt stock.

The shooting rest also may include a lower extension extending downward from the magazine floor coupling. The lower extension also may include a rearward portion comprising at least two points of contact for supporting or stabilizing the shooting rest. The forward portion may include a length greater than the rearward portion.

摘要： A matched muzzle brake and weight system mountable on a firearm barrel is disclosed. In certain embodiments, the muzzle brake and weight are configured to have the same predetermined weight and center of gravity so that the point of aim of the firearm remains substantially unchanged when a user deploys either the muzzle brake or weight. The system permits convenient interchangeability between the muzzle brake and weight without the need for re-sighting the firearm thereby maintaining accuracy. In some embodiments, the centers of gravity of the muzzle brake and weight are located at the same position with respect to a common reference point defined by the barrel. A method for using the system is also disclosed.

摘要： The present system provides a detachable cup or receptacle for receiving the butt stock of a weapon so that a greater portion of the surface area of the butt stock is stabilized when aiming and firing a weapon. The system provides fastening means for removably fastening the cup to the uniform of a shooter when wearing body armor. For ease of use, the system includes a graduated positioning system that can receive the butt stock and allow it to slide into place where, in one embodiment, it slips into a recessed area that matches the dimension of the butt stock for greater security of the positioning of the weapon. The weapon can be easily removed from the cup so that the shooter's mobility and the ability of the shooter to move the weapon back and forth from a shooting position is not compromised.

摘要： The present invention relates to systems and methods for using a cartridge case as a tool to install or remove firearm accessories such as a barrel attachment. The barrel attachment includes a coupling section for attaching the barrel attachment to a firearm barrel. The barrel attachment also includes a rim channel for engaging a portion of the rim of a cartridge case. This rim channel provides mechanical leverage by enabling a user to apply force on the engaged cartridge case to rotate the barrel attachment around a bore axis of the firearm barrel. In some embodiments, the rim channel is an integral portion of a cartridge rim slot machined into the exterior part of the barrel attachment. Ideally, the rim channel includes a curved portion to increase the load-bearing contact area. The rim channel can also be adapted to accept different case rim sizes. Multiple rim slots can be machined into the barrel attachment, allowing the user to spread out the forces amongst multiple cartridge cases. The contact area between the rim of the cartridge case and the barrel attachment can be further increased by sliding a half-moon insert into the rim slot.

The portable support mount attaches to and is held level on a surface by means of a spring clamp and a stabilization bar with bumpers made of rubber attached to the ends of the stabilization bar. The spring clamp is fused to a support tube housing a rod that can vary the height of the mount. On top of the rod is a detachable holding member on which a user places the forend of a rifle while aiming and firing it. In addition, the holding member can be removed from the portable support mount, and the rod can attach to a camera, telescope, small video camera, or other device.
