Abstract: A three-dimensional data encoding method includes: determining a total number of layers; when the total number of the layers is greater than 1, selecting, from pieces of attribute information of three-dimensional points, attribute information of a three-dimensional point based on a sampling period according to a data order of the pieces of attribute information of the three-dimensional points, and classifying the pieces of attribute information of the three-dimensional points into layers by assigning a first layer to pieces of attribute information of three-dimensional points selected and a second layer to pieces of attribute information of three-dimensional points non-selected; encoding the pieces of attribute information of the three-dimensional points for each of the layers; and generating a bitstream including the pieces of attribute information encoded, layer-number information, and sampling period information. When the total number of the layers is 1, a bitstream not including the sampling period information is generated.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment that comprises processing circuitry that performs power-related measurements on at least one radio carrier and generates measurement results based thereon. The reporting of the measurement results is based on a report trigger condition. The processing circuitry determines whether or not to adjust the measurement results and/or the report trigger condition so as to trigger the reporting of the measurement results earlier than without the adjustment. In case of determining to adjust, the processing circuitry adjusts the measurement results and/or the report trigger condition so as to trigger the reporting of the measurement results earlier than without the adjustment. The processing circuitry, after the adjustment, determines whether or not the report trigger condition is fulfilled for reporting the measurement results. A transmitter transmits a measurement report including the measurement results, in case the reporting of the measurement results is triggered.

In the selecting, when the plurality of three-dimensional points include three-dimensional points equidistant from the first three-dimensional point, the one or more candidates are selected based on a first Morton code of the first three-dimensional point.

Abstract: Provided is a control method for a notification system including a notification device located inside a building. The control method includes: (a) obtaining face information of a deliverer of an article from an outside server; (b) obtaining a camera image of a face of a visitor to the building, the camera image being captured by a camera disposed outside the building; (c) verifying whether the visitor is the deliverer by comparing the face information and the camera image; and (d) when the visitor is verified to be the deliverer, notifying, by the notification device, a user of delivery information indicating that the deliverer of the article has arrived at the building.

Abstract: An anomaly detection electronic control unit (ECU) that detects unauthorized messages on a communication path is provided. An ECU that periodically transmits a first-type message including data to be monitored, and an ECU that periodically transmits a second-type message including data for comparison, are connected to the communication path. The anomaly detection ECU includes: a receiver that successively receives first-type and second-type messages; a processor that determines whether a first-type message received is normal or anomalous; and a transmitter that transmits a predetermined message in accordance with results of the determining. The determining is performed based on content of the first-type message, content of a second-type message last received at the time of receiving this first-type message, and at least one of content of a first-type message received further in the past than this first-type message, and content of a second-type message received further in the past than the second-type message last received.
