Abstract: According to at least one of the embodiments disclosed herein, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a configured grant (CG) based physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). However, based on that the CG-based PUSCH is transmitted in a radio resource control (RRC) Inactive state and that the CG-based PUSCH is associated with a specific synchronization signal block (SSB) among broadcast SSBs, the UE may monitor a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) based on the specific SSB while maintaining the RRC Inactive state.

Abstract: A method of performing channel access on an unlicensed band by a user equipment, includes sensing a carrier of an unlicensed band for transmitting an uplink signal; and transmitting the uplink signal when power detected by sensing the carrier is less than an energy detection threshold that is configured by the user equipment, wherein the energy detection threshold is configured to be equal to or less than a maximum energy detection threshold determined by the user equipment, the maximum energy detection threshold is determined adaptively to a bandwidth of the carrier using a decibel value of a ratio between a reference bandwidth and the bandwidth of the carrier, and the maximum energy detection threshold is configured to be equal to or greater than a first power value which is a sum of a lower bound of the maximum energy detection threshold for the reference bandwidth and the decibel value.

Abstract: A method of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes receiving resource allocation information related to a configured grant (CG)-based uplink transmission, receiving configuration information indicating multiplexing between CG uplink control information (CG UCI) and hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information, performing joint encoding of the CG UCI and the HARQ-ACK information based on the configuration information, and transmitting a CG physical uplink shared channel (CG PUSCH) based on the resource allocation information. The joint-encoded information is multiplexed in the CG PUSCH. A beta offset value corresponding to one of a first index, a second index, or a third index related to a beta offset for the HARQ-ACK information is applied to the joint encoding.
