Abstract: The invention discloses a method for simultaneously removing SO2 and NOx in flue gas: uniformly mixing a water-soluble ruthenium salt with ammonia water to obtain an aqueous solution of a ruthenium-amine complex; subjecting the flue gas and the aqueous solution of the ruthenium-amine complex to a countercurrent contact reaction under the temperature of 5-60° C., pH of 7.5-12 to obtain a solution A and purified gas; discharging the solution A of the step (2) into a crystallization tank to crystallize and separate an ammonium salt to obtain a solution B, returning the solution B to replace the aqueous solution of the ruthenium-amine complex. The invention utilizes the ruthenium-amine complex having a strong capability of complexing with NO as well as residual oxygen in the flue gas to carry out liquid phase catalytic oxidation to convert the NOx into ammonium nitrate, and the removal efficiency of the NOx and the SO2 is high.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a gas-solid separating method and a gas-solid separating system for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust. The gas-solid separating method for simple substance sulphur in sulphur-containing exhaust comprises the following steps: first, cooling sulphur-containing exhaust at an extremely high speed; then, separating dust; finally, recycling a heavy liquid phase solvent and simple substance sulphur; according to the method disclosed by the present invention, the separating efficiency of the simple substance sulphur is up to 90 percent or above; moreover, the exhaust is further purified, and an environment pollution accident is avoided; in a separating process of the simple substance sulphur, the heavy liquid phase solvent of the simple substance sulphur evaporates to form a gas phase solvent which can be recycled as the liquid phase solvent for reusing through cooling, so that the sulphur removing cost is reduced. The system comprises a quick cooling system, a low-temperature washing and purifying system, a light liquid phase and heavy liquid phase separating system, a washing liquid recycling system and a simple substance sulphur recycling system. The system disclosed by the present invention has the advantages of stability and high efficiency in sulphur-containing exhaust treatment, high simple substance sulphur separating efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for designing a supercritical heat exchanger based on pseudo-phase transition partition. The method mainly includes the following steps: inputting boundary conditions of a heat exchanger; calculating an upper boundary temperature and a lower boundary temperature of a pseudo-phase transition region; calculating a temperature of an inner wall surface of a supercritical fluid; determining an upper boundary temperature of a pseudo-superheated condensation region; and dividing the heat exchanger into four sections on the basis of above three boundary temperatures and inlet and outlet temperatures, and calculating the section size and the total size of the heat exchanger. According to the method, the automatic partition determination of single-phase cooling and pseudo-superheated condensation in a supercritical air cooler can be realized, requiring no division of the heat exchanger according to equal enthalpy change or equal length, and the calculation is rapid and accurate.
