In addition, the device comprises a control system (1) for dispersal of cleaning fluid, comprising a telescopic shaft (1) that comprises a fixed part (11) and a movable part (12), which are adapted to move longitudinally relative to one another, wherein: the movable part (12) extends at least partially inside the fixed part (11); the fixed part (11) is secured to the fluid-discharge device (2); and the movable part (12) is secured to the cleaning element (42); a compressible damping element (10) is provided between the fixed part and the movable part (12); an upper portion of the movable part (12) extends partially inside the fluid-discharge device (2), via an opening (21) in the fluid-discharge device (2); and the channel (41) that fluidly connects the at least one cleaning-fluid reservoir (20) to the cleaning element (42) extends longitudinally through the movable part (12) and extends partially through the upper portion of the movable part (12).

Abstract: The present invention describes a method for refining highly polyaromatic and nitrogenated charges, such as LCO streams, comprising hydrotreating (HDT) as the first reaction stage, followed by the intermediate separation of gases generated in the HDT section, then by a second reaction stage consisting in moderate hydroconversion/hydrocracking and in a rectifying and/or fractionating section, thus allowing more flexible production of fuels. In the rectification mode, the claimed method yields a diesel oil fraction with higher cetane content, reduced density and volumetric yield increase of at least 111% relative to the process charge, thus minimising yield losses through naphtha overcracking and contributing to the optimisation of the required hydrogen consumption. In the fractionating mode, different cuts and their compositions can be produced, such as naphtha, kerosene and diesel.

Abstract: The present invention is related to production schedules in a refinery and, more particularly, refinery production schedules by genetic programming in domain specific language. In this scenario, the present invention provides a method and an optimization system based on linear genetic programming oriented to grammar and with quantic inspiration using a domain specific language for the solution of oil programming problems, in addition to a readable medium comprising instructions to perform this said method. More specifically, the quantic chromosome keeps the superposition of states of all possible solutions and, through the evolutionary process and observation of quantic genes, the classical chromosome is created as a linear sequence of instructions to be performed. The performed instructions represent the scheduling. The orientation of this process is made through the use of a multiple-goal competence function that ranks evaluations about the operation time of the distillation units, the time for unloading ships, the use of the pipeline that moves oil between the terminal and the refinery, as well as factors such as the number of tanks exchanges and use of injection tanks in the distillation units.
