    Abstract: A pixel may include first to third sub-pixels including a first transistor connected to a first power node, a second node, and a first node, a second transistor connected to a data line, the first node, and a first scan line, a third transistor connected to a reference voltage node, the first node, and a second scan line, a fourth transistor connected to a third node, a first initialization voltage node, and a third scan line, a fifth transistor connected to the first power node, the first transistor, and a first emission control line, a sixth transistor connected to the second node, the third node, and a second emission control line, and a first capacitor between the first node and the second node. Any one among reference voltage nodes connected to the first to third sub-pixels may be electrically separated from the other reference voltage nodes.

    Abstract: A display device is disclosed that includes a sensor area including a plurality of channels each including touch electrodes arranged in a column, a peripheral area located around the sensor area and including touch lines connected to the channels, and a display driver configured to supply touch driving signals to the channels. The sensor area includes a first sensor area located at a first edge of the sensor area, and a second sensor area located adjacent to the first sensor area. The display driver supplies first touch driving signals having a first voltage level to the channels in the first sensor area during a first period, and supplies second touch driving signals having a second voltage level to the channels in the second sensor area during a second period after the first period, the second voltage level being lower than the first voltage level. The display driver supplies the first touch driving signals sequentially to the channels in the first sensor area according to a single-channel driving scheme during the first period, and supplies the second touch driving signals simultaneously to the channels in the second sensor area according to a multi-channel driving scheme during the second period.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device includes a base substrate, a pixel array, a first power voltage wiring and a second power voltage wiring. The base substrate includes a pixel area and a peripheral area. The pixel array is disposed in the pixel area. The first power voltage wiring is disposed in the peripheral area and includes a first lower power voltage line and a first upper power voltage line. The first upper power voltage line is disposed on and contacts the first lower power voltage line. The second power voltage wiring is disposed in the peripheral area and includes a second lower power voltage line and a second upper power voltage line. The second upper power voltage line is disposed on and contacts the second lower power voltage line. The first upper power voltage line overlaps the second lower power voltage line in a plan view.

    Abstract: In a method of compressing stress data in a display device, the stress data is divided into block stress data for a pixel block, a plurality of compressed codes are generated by encoding the block stress data in a plurality of encoding modes, it is determined whether the plurality of encoding modes are available encoding modes for the block stress data based on code lengths of the plurality of compressed codes and a number of available bits for the pixel block, a final encoding mode is selected among the available encoding modes based on quantization values of the available encoding modes, and a compressed bitstream for the pixel block is generated based on a compressed code corresponding to the final encoding mode among the plurality of compressed codes.

    Abstract: A driver is disposed in a display panel, and includes a plurality of stages. At least one stage of the plurality of stages includes an input circuit which transfers an input signal to a first node in response to at least one of a clock signal and an inverted clock signal, and inverters which generate an output signal based on a voltage of the first node. At least one of the inverters includes a p-type metal-oxide-semiconductor (“PMOS”) transistor and an n-type metal-oxide-semiconductor (“NMOS”) transistor connected in series between a line transferring a relatively high gate voltage and a line transferring a relatively low gate voltage. A first active region of the PMOS transistor includes a material different from a material of a second active region of the NMOS transistor.
