摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display, and specifically discloses a liquid crystal lens and liquid crystal spectacles. The liquid crystal lens includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged oppositely, a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, and an electrode unit including a first electrode and a second electrode. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode includes an annular electrode. The first electrode is located on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate, and the second electrode is located on a side of the second substrate facing the first substrate. Under an effect of the first electrode and the second electrode, liquid crystals in the liquid crystal layer further form a Fresnel lens having an adjustable focal distance.

The display device includes an anti-peeping backlight module, a display panel and a regulator, the display panel being arranged on a light exit surface of the anti-peeping backlight module, and the anti-peeping backlight module being configured to emit an anti-peeping backlight; the display device has an anti-peeping OFF state and an anti-peeping ON state; wherein, in the anti-peeping OFF state, the regulator is configured to increase a divergence angle of the anti-peeping backlight so as to obtain divergent light; in the anti-peeping ON state, the regulator is configured to maintain the divergence angle of the anti-peeping backlight so as to obtain anti-peeping light. The display device and display method provided in this text can enable switching between normal display mode and an anti-peeping display mode to facilitate safe display of the display device.

The display module includes: a display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrate; and a backlight panel on a side of the first or second substrate away from the liquid crystal layer. The display panel further includes a color filter layer on a side of the liquid crystal layer away from the backlight panel. The color filter layer includes at least two portions having different transparency. The backlight panel is configured to emit a plurality of directional light beams to the color filter layer. The display panel is configured to change a propagation direction of each of the directional light beams by means of the liquid crystal layer, to adjust an irradiation position of the directional light beam on the color filter layer.

摘要: The present application discloses a display apparatus including a display panel including a plurality of subpixels. Each subpixel comprises a first region for displaying a subpixel image. The display apparatus further includes a plurality of pixel adjustors each of which is configured to adjust the first region of a corresponding one subpixel to display an initial subpixel image. Additionally, the display apparatus includes a plurality of optical elements at a first side of the display panel. Each of the plurality of optical elements is associated with at least one subpixel to generate a virtual subpixel image at a second side of the display panel corresponding to the initial subpixel image displayed by the at least one subpixel. Each of the plurality of optical elements independently controls a distance of the virtual subpixel image relative to the display panel and the second side is opposite to the first side.

摘要: An optical structure, a display device and an operating method thereof are provided. The optical structure includes: first electrode and second electrode arranged opposite to each other; first alignment layer; second alignment layer; liquid crystal molecules arranged between first alignment layer and second alignment layer; and insulative protrusions arranged at a side of first alignment layer facing second alignment layer. The insulative protrusions are spaced apart from and arranged parallel to each other, and the protrusion has a same refractive index as the liquid crystal molecules in energized or de-energized state. Through controlling electric signals applied to first electrode and second electrode, it is able to switch the optical structure between first state where the optical structure does not change propagation direction of light entering the optical structure and second state where the optical structure is capable of changing propagation direction of light entering the optical structure.
