摘要: The present disclosure provides an in-cell touch screen, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus. The touch screen comprises a pixel region disposed over a base substrate. The pixel region is surrounded by a first barrier, which is configured to insulate the pixel region. The pixel region includes a first electrode; a light-emitting layer, disposed over the first electrode; and a second electrode, disposed over the light-emitting layer. The second electrode expands over an opening of the first barrier so as to be able to electrically connect with a third electrode outside the pixel region.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a pressure-sensitive panel and a detection method thereof, a 3D touch panel and a touch display panel. The pressure-sensitive panel includes a pressure-sensitive layer. The pressure-sensitive layer includes a plurality of pressure-sensitive units, and each pressure-sensitive unit includes four resistors, a first voltage detection unit and a second voltage detection unit. The four resistors of each pressure-sensitive unit are connected with each other in sequence; two short sides of the first resistor are respectively connected with one long side of the second resistor and the fourth resistor; and two short sides of the third resistors are connected with the other long side of the second resistor and the fourth resistor. A connecting end between the first resistor and the fourth resistor is connected with a first fixed voltage end, and a connecting end between the second resistor and the third resistor is connected with a second fixed voltage end. The first voltage detection unit is connected with a connecting end between the first resistor and the second resistor, and the second voltage detection unit is connected with a connecting end between the third resistor and the fourth resistor. The pressure-sensitive panel can detect the pressing force of a user.

摘要: This disclosure relates to an optical fingerprint identification display screen and a display device. In this disclosure, a plurality of photosensitive elements for fingerprint identification is arranged on an array substrate, such that mesh regions of a mesh-like black matrix layer corresponds to the photosensitive elements. A plurality of light guide members at least covering each of the photosensitive elements is arranged between each photosensitive element and the counter substrate. Since the light guide members and the counter substrate are in contact with each other, light reflected from ridges and valleys of a fingerprint will enter the light guide members maximally after passing through the mesh regions of the black matrix layer, and then directly impinge on the photosensitive elements after refraction within the light guide members.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a fingerprint identification module, including: a plurality of sensing units, wherein each sensing unit receives modulation signal when turned on, the modulation signal covers at least one first time interval and at least one second time interval, and the voltages during the first and second time intervals are respectively first and second voltages; a collecting unit for collecting output signals of the sensing units in the same column in all the first time intervals as a first signal and those in all the second time intervals as a second signal; and a calculating unit for determining the difference between the first and second signals to obtain a third signal and obtaining the fingerprint information sensed on the basis of the third signal. Through the above solution, it is possible to eliminate the influence of the leakage current in the sensing unit, thereby accurately identifying fingerprints.
