Abstract:
A cage energy supply system comprises wind power generation devices, a tail rope beam suspension device and a control device that are connected to the bottom of a cage box. The tail rope beam suspension device and the control device are located on the central axis of the bottom of the cage box, and the two sides of the tail rope beam suspension device are each connected to one wind power generation device. By means of the characteristics that the descending speed of the cage is high and the relative wind speed of an auxiliary shaft is high, the two wind power generation devices charge one storage battery at the same time, and the two storage batteries carry out charging and power supply alternately, so that a powered unit of the cage is supported by a stable and reliable power source all the time, the power supply requirement of the cage for the powered unit thereof is met, and meanwhile the power supply requirement for the control device is met. The devices are simple in structure and only need to be overhauled and maintained regularly. The present invention also relates to a control method for the cage energy supply system.

A mining elevator carrying platform and carrying method, the platform comprises a power system (1) and a four-rod carrying device (5), a rotating rod (3) connected with the power system (1) is set on the carrying device (5); the power system (1) comprises a flameproof motor (1-1), a upper-limited switch (1-2), a down-limited switch (1-5) and a main pulley (1-6), the flameproof motor (1-1) is connected with the main pulley (1-6) through a main steel cable (1-4), a baffle (1-3) is set on the main steel cable (1-4), a double cable channel is set on the main pulley (1-6), and the main pulley (1-6) is connected with a sub-pulley (1-8) by a sub-steel cable (1-7), a sliding plate (1-9) is set on the sub-steel cable (1-7), and a sliding rod (1-10) is set on the sliding plate (1-9). The main pulley (1-6) is driven to rotate by the flameproof motor (1-1) through the main steel cable (1-4), thus the sub-pulley (1-8) is driven to rotate. The sliding rod (1-10) moves in a strip-opening sliding slot in the rotating rod (3) by the sliding plate (1-9) moving up and down, then the rotating rod (3) and a carrying plate (5-1) are driven to move circumferentially. A rocker (5-3) is rotated around a supporting bracket (5-4) driven by a connecting rod (5-2), thus a credible carrying platform in multi-plane is realized. The platform is simple in structure, controlled accurately, convenient to be fixed and maintained, operated stably and reliably, and has the self-locking function.

A mining elevator lapping platform suitable for a flexible guide rail and a mining elevator lapping method. The lapping platform mainly comprises a support claw package (1) and a power package (2), wherein the support claw package (1) comprises a mounting plate (1-14), a screw rod bearing base (1-15), a screw rod (1-4), a screw nut (1-2), a support rod (1-5), a pushing rod (1-3), a support claw (1-6). a footboard (1-7), a guide rail (1-9) and a guide rail frame (1-12); the power package (2) comprises an explosion-proof motor (2-1) and a bevel gear; and the support claw package (1) and the power package (2) are both installed on a cross beam (3) below an elevator car. The lapping method is as follows: the sharing between a lapping platform and a plurality of horizontal planes is realized, the self-locking function is achieved, the reliable connection of the lapping platform in the plurality of horizontal planes is met, the reliable lapping between the elevator car and a hoistway layer door is realized, and the mining elevator lapping platform plays a role in safety protection, and convenience of getting in and out of the elevator for cargos and people.
