    Abstract: A checking fixture for a steering knuckle. In use, a workpiece is mounted on the checking fixture, three locating points of the workpiece in the X direction respectively correspond to a supporting pin I, a supporting pin II and a supporting pin III, a locating taper hole limiting the motion of the workpiece in a YZ plane corresponds to the floating pin, and a locating point of the workpiece in the Y direction levelly fit to a supporting surface of a locating pin; after location is completed, the workpiece is tightly clamped by a jacking clamp, a press clamp I and a press clamp II. The checking fixture for the steering knuckle can measure the position accuracy of each hole of the steering knuckle workpiece, and can detect whether the relative height of the flange plane of the workpiece relative to the X-direction locating points is qualified.

    Abstract: A gage for measuring the distance from a hole center to a plane, consisting of a measurement plate, a fixed block, a fixed column, and a spring. When the gage is used, a positioning column is first inserted into a measured hole to preliminarily position the fixed column; the fixed column is further inserted downwards, so that the tapered surface of a tapered column is fitted with the orifice circumference of the measured hole, and the fixed column is completely positioned; whether a measured reference plane B is placed between the steps on the right side below the measurement plate is observed; and if the measured reference plane B is placed between the steps on the right side below the measurement plate, it indicates that the distance from the measured hole center to the measured reference plane B is qualified, otherwise, the distance is unqualified.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite wheel deburring device, which is composed of a stand, servo motors, guide rails, a first brush system, a second brush system, and a synchronous clamping rotary system. A second motor drives an upper brush to rotate, second cylinders enable the upper brush to fall through third posts, and burrs of a front surface can be removed when the upper brush is in contact with the front surface of a wheel; a first motor enables an outer ring and a first geared ring to rotate through a first belt; a third motor enables an inner ring and a second geared ring to rotate through a second belt, directions of rotation of the inner ring and the second geared ring are opposite to that of the outer ring, and brushes are driven to rotate through a gear; and fourth cylinders enable a lower brush to rise through first guide posts, and burrs of a back cavity of the wheel can be removed when the lower brush is in contact with that back cavity.

    Abstract: A size-adjustable adaptive online wheel deburring device, including a synchronous clamping and rotating system for fixing and rotating a wheel, a left brush system, and a right brush system. The left brush system includes a first belt-type brush with a T-shaped synchronous belt at its inner side and bristles at its outer side, and a first automatically adjusting mechanism for changing a shape of the first brush by engaging the T-shaped synchronous belt so that the shape of the first brush is able to match different back cavity shapes of the wheel during burr removal.     Abstract: The invention relates to a combined type wheel burr brush, consisting of a lower bottom plate, lantern rings, nylon brush units, an upper bottom plate, steel-wire brush units and the like, wherein the steel-wire brush units in II and IV areas are floating, and under a natural state, the height of the steel-wire brush units is 10 mm higher than that of the nylon brush units; when in work, the steel-wire brush units firstly contact a spoke of a back cavity of a wheel, burrs of the back cavity of the wheel can be removed powerfully when the steel-wire brush units rotate, the steel-wire brush units are continuously compressed, and when the nylon brush units also contact the spoke of the back cavity, burrs at corners can be smoothened; and when a small-size wheel is encountered, by removing the lower bottom plate, the fast locks and the lantern rings, a small-size burr brush can be formed. When the burr brush combining the steel-wire brush units with the nylon brush units of the invention is in use, not only can the efficiency of removing the burrs of the back cavity of the wheel be improved, but also the removing effect is very obvious, and meanwhile, the service life of the brush can be greatly prolonged.
