摘要： A film-pulling apparatus for a packaging machine includes guide plates with arcuate inner surfaces. A cylindrically formed bag-making film material is pulled down inside these guide plates while being adsorbed to their inner surfaces by the negative pressure inside suction vacuum chambers flanking the path of the film material. A pair of pull-down belts is vertically stretched between pulleys adjacent to the path and over the suction vacuum chambers. The belts have many holes such that the negative pressure from the suction vacuum chambers is communicated to the film material through the pull-down belts as the pulleys rotate to pull down the film material. An auxiliary vacuum chamber is connected to the suction vacuum chamber through a normally closed valve such that the vacuum condition in the suction chamber can be quickly restored by opening this valve when an abnormal pressure condition in the suction vacuum chamber is detected. The axes of the pulleys are supported by axle bearings engaging with right-hand and left-hand screw parts of a turnbuckle such that the separation between the belts can be accurately adjusted by rotating the turnbuckle.

摘要： A loading/unloading vehicle having booms and a bucket carried thereon such as a shovel loader, a wheel loader or the like vehicle detects that a true bucket-to-ground angle coincides with a preset angle after the vehicle starts automatic turning movement of the bucket. When the coincidence is detected, the automatic turning movement of the bucket is interrupted. Thereafter, a differential value between the true bucket-to-ground angle and the preset angle is determined, if any and then the bucket angle is corrected so as to allow the differential value to be reduced to zero. Consequently, the bucket is held at the preset angle after the bucket stops, even though the booms continue to be turned.

The feeder includes a turntable or conical projection for receiving and temporarily retaining the articles supplied by the supply device, a dispersing bowl disposed concentrically with respect to the turntable or conical projection and having a number of exits on its outer circumferential portion, and an electromagnetic vibrator for subjecting the dispersing bowl to torsional reciprocative oscillation. The surface of the turntable and/or dispersing bowl is provided with a multiplicity of raised and recessed portions to minimize the contact area between the surface and the articles so that the articles may be transferred without adhering to the surface.

摘要： A weighing and packaging system operates by combining weight data from a plurality of weighing machines, obtaining a combination of weighing machines giving a total combined weight value equal to a target value or closest to the target value within preset allowable limits, discharging articles from those weighing machines belonging to the combination obtained, and packaging the discharged articles. In performing combinatorial weighing, the articles discharged from the combinatorial weighing machine are temporarily retained in a cylinder, and light-emitting and light-receiving elements are arranged to detect the level of the retained articles, thereby making it possible to detect the volume of the articles charged into a package. There are provided a target value correction unit for correcting the target value based on the magnitude of the detected volume, and computing means for obtaining a combination of weighing machines giving a total combined weight value equal to the corrected target value or closest to the corrected target value within preset allowable limits. Articles are discharged from this combination of weighing machines. The target value is increased to enlarge the volume of the discharged articles when the volume is too small, and decreased to reduce the volume when the volume is too large. Therefore, the weight of the discharged articles can be maintained within the preset allowable weight limits while the volume of the articles is held within allowable volume limits.
