    Abstract: A display device and a driving method thereof. The display device includes a display substrate and at least one optical sensing unit; the display substrate includes a light-emitting region and a plurality of pixel units located in the light-emitting region; wherein the light-emitting region comprises a single-sided light-emitting region and at least one double-sided light-emitting region, and each of the pixel units in the plurality of pixel units comprises a plurality of sub-pixels; and the at least one optical sensing unit corresponds to the at least one double-sided light-emitting region from a non-display side of the display substrate, and configured to sense light emitted by the sub-pixels during operation in the at least one double-sided light-emitting region, and to provide sensing brightness information of the at least one double-sided light-emitting region to perform brightness compensation on the light-emitting region.

    Abstract: A data driving integrated circuit includes a digital-to-analog converter configured to receive a respective digital data signal from a timing controller and convert the respective digital data signal to a respective analog data signal, which is output to a display panel through a respective data line; an analog-to-digital converter configured to receive a respective analog sensing signal from a respective sensing line in the display panel and convert respective analog sensing signal to a respective digital sensing signal, which is output to the timing controller; a first sensing switch configured to control a connection between a first reference voltage line and the respective sensing line; a second sensing switch configured to control a connection between a second reference voltage line and the respective sensing line; and a third sensing switch configured to control the connection between the analog-to-digital converter and the respective sensing line.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for compensating data voltages in a display apparatus. The method for individually compensating a data voltage to be applied to one of the multiple pixel circuits in the display apparatus. The method includes obtaining a threshold voltage of the driving transistor in the one of the multiple pixel circuits. Additionally, the method includes applying a testing voltage to a gate electrode of the driving transistor for charging the sense line up to a first time period to determine a first monitoring voltage associated with the sense line. The testing voltage is set to be a sum of the threshold voltage and a first setting voltage. Moreover, the method includes compensating a data voltage to be applied to the one of the multiple pixel circuits based on the first monitoring voltage and the threshold voltage.

When startup detection is required to be performed on the display compensation parameter of the organic light emitting display device, the startup detection is performed on the display compensation parameter of the organic light emitting display device to obtain a new compensation parameter value, and startup compensation display is performed based on the new compensation parameter value.     Abstract: The present application discloses a method for compensating data voltages in a display apparatus.     Abstract: There is provided a driving method for a pixel circuit including a driving transistor, a data writing circuit, a sensing circuit, and a storage capacitor. The driving method includes: during a sensing write stage, writing a test voltage equal to a sum of a first reference voltage and a threshold voltage of the driving transistor, by the data writing circuit, to the control electrode of the driving transistor, and writing a second reference voltage, by the sensing circuit, to a second electrode of the driving transistor; during a sensing sampling stage, continuing to write the test voltage to the control electrode of the driving transistor by the data writing circuit, and stopping writing a voltage to the second electrode of the driving transistor by the sensing circuit. The driving method further includes a sensing reset stage and a sensing charging stage.

    Abstract: A compensation method for a display panel, a compensation device for a display panel, and a display apparatus are provided. The display panel includes a plurality of pixel units, and each pixel unit includes a pixel circuit and a light-emitting element. The compensation method includes: detecting a threshold voltage of a drive transistor in the pixel circuit; detecting a maximum data voltage corresponding to a maximum brightness of the light-emitting element; and based on the threshold voltage, the maximum data voltage and an expected display brightness, calculating a compensation display data voltage in a normal display state after the display panel is compensated.
