    摘要: A projection type video display capable of reducing components in number, and attempting to improve a cooling efficiency and a silencing of the video display is provided. Three cooling fans are provided on a plate member arranged within a chassis of the video display of a liquid crystal projector. The plate member is arranged in such a manner as to be spaced apart from a bottom plate of a chassis of the video display in order to form a single external-air introducing duct. Double-bottomed structure is formed by the plate member, and the plate member is used as a bottom for arranging components. Each cooling fan sucks external air from the single external-air introducing duct, and blows the external air from a blowing duct to an object to be cooled (a light source, a liquid crystal display, and others).

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a changeover valve which is capable of preventing granular material from being crushed when the granular material is transported by gas through a pipe system, and more particularly a changeover valve which is capable of preventing grain from being crushed, broken, and chipped when the grain such as rice is transported by gas through the pipe system. It is another object of the present invention to provide a gas transportation pipe system for grain to which the changeover valve is applied. The changeover valve according to the present invention comprises: a valve disc in a cylinder shape including on a side part thereof a through passage which is connected to transportation passages on an upstream side and a downstream side and which is in an eccentric position deviated from a center of the cylinder; a casing for rotatably accommodating the valve disc therein; and a pair of discharge passages which are provided in the casing and connected to the through passage of the valve disc, and an inside diameter of an introducing passage of the changeover valve at an output end thereof is smaller than an inside diameter of the through passage of the valve disc and an inside diameter of the introducing passage in an output side part has a shape gradually decreasing in size toward the downstream side while an inside diameter of each of the pair of the discharge passages at an input end thereof is larger than the inside diameter of the through passage of the valve disc and an inside diameter of each of the pair of the discharge passages in an input side part has al shape gradually increasing in size toward the upstream side.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method for producing a polyamide resin which comprises the steps of extracting with water a polyamide resin obtained by polymerizing caprolactam in the presence of water; condensing the extracted aqueous solution containing unreacted caprolactam and its low polymerized materials; and polymerizing the condensate by adding an additional amount of caprolactam, the improvement wherein (a) among the low polymerized materials of caprolactam, a cyclic dimer is supplied to a polymerization reactor after subjecting it to ring-opening reaction to give a chain structure material in an amount of 15% by weight or more based on the total amount of the cyclic dimer, or (a') a condensate obtained by condensing said aqueous solution until reaching a water partial pressure of 10 kg/cm.sup.2 G or more and a temperature of 230.degree. C. or higher is supplied to a polymerization reactor, and then (b) said additional amount of caprolactam is added to the polymerization reactor, and the procedures are repeatedly carried out.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an extraction/insertion type soot blowing apparatus in which a lance tube is inserted into a combustion chamber, and a high-pressure gas is blown from a nozzle provided at the tip end of the lance tube against a deposit adhered onto the inner surface of the combustion chamber to remove the deposit. A rack adapted to be advanced and withdrawn along with the lance tube, and a long shaft for rotating the lance tube, are driven due to connection thereof with two output shafts of a differential gear device, and rotation and linear motion of the lance tube are respectively restrained within predetermined ranges. Thereby, at first the lance tube is inserted into the combustion chamber at a high speed without being rotated, and thereafter the advance is stopped and a gas is discharged while the lance tube is being rotated. Accordingly, the time period in which the tip end portion of the lance tube is exposed to a high temperature is short, such that the lance tube does not become overheated.
