    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may start a timer or counter in connection with failing to transmit a feedback message at a time for which the feedback message is scheduled for transmission. The UE may defer transmission of the feedback message for one or more attempts at transmitting the feedback message. The UE may perform one of: transmitting the feedback message before expiration of the timer or before the counter satisfying a count threshold, or discarding the feedback message after expiration of the timer or in connection with the counter satisfying the count threshold. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating signaling of PUCCH and PUSCH simultaneous transmission or multiplexing are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes receiving, from a base station, an overlapping uplink transmission configuration. The example method also includes detecting an occurrence of an overlapping uplink transmission comprising at least a portion of uplink control information and at least a portion of uplink data overlapping in a time domain. A UE may receive a configuration for reporting HARQ-ACK feedback for a subset of HARQ process IDs included in a set of HARQ process IDs. The set of HARQ process IDs may be associated with a Type 3 HARQ-ACK codebook. The subset of HARQ process IDs may be associated with a modified Type 3 HARQ-ACK codebook that is smaller than the Type 3 HARQ-ACK codebook.     Abstract: The apparatus of wireless communication is a UE and a base station. The UE received a control information indicating a reference signal (RS) mode for a non-coherent transmission of an UCI to the base station. The UE in the RS mode may map an RS according to an RS pattern and the UCI into resource elements assigned for a PUCCH to transmit the UCI and transmit an uplink control signal including the RS and the UCI to the base station over the PUCCH. The UE may determine a RS pattern and puncture the resource elements mapped with the code point of the UCI that corresponds to the RS pattern and map the RS based on the RS pattern. The UE may map the RS based on the RS pattern and map the code point by rate matching around the resource into which the RS is mapped.
