    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a thin film transistor on the substrate, the thin film transistor including a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode overlapping the first semiconductor layer wherein a first gate insulating layer is disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the first gate electrode, and a storage capacitor including a lower electrode including a first lower layer and a first upper layer stacked each other and an upper electrode including a second lower layer and a second upper layer stacked each other, wherein the upper electrode overlaps the lower electrode, and a second gate insulating layer is disposed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode, a display element electrically connected to the thin film transistor, wherein the second upper layer has a thickness greater than a thickness of the first upper layer.

    Abstract: A display device and a method of manufacturing a display device are provided. A method of manufacturing a display device may include: forming a sacrificial layer on a carrier glass; forming a first substrate layer on the sacrificial layer, the first substrate layer including an organic insulation material; forming a first through-hole in the first substrate layer, the first through-hole passing through the first substrate layer; forming a wiring on an upper surface of the first substrate layer, the wiring extending into the first through-hole; sequentially forming a circuit layer, an emission layer, and an encapsulation layer on the wiring; separating the sacrificial layer and the carrier glass from the first substrate layer by irradiating the sacrificial layer with a laser; and attaching a driving element on a lower surface of the first substrate layer, the driving element being electrically connected to the wiring through the first through-hole.

    Abstract: A deposition apparatus includes: a susceptor provided with a plurality of susceptor holes defined therein; an electrostatic chuck disposed on the susceptor and provided with a plurality of electrostatic chuck holes defined therein; and a plurality of pins penetrating through the susceptor and the electrostatic chuck to connect the susceptor and the electrostatic chuck. Each of the pins includes a first portion disposed in a corresponding electrostatic chuck hole of the plurality of electrostatic chuck holes and a second portion disposed in a corresponding susceptor hole of the plurality of susceptor holes. The first portion includes a first base portion and a first cooler disposed in the first base portion.
