    摘要: The present invention discloses a backlight module which can be incorporated within the liquid crystal display device, and which includes a waveguide, a heat dissipating frame, a light source and a backframe. The heat dissipating frame includes a carrying portion and a sidewalk. The carrying portion abuts against a bottom surface of the waveguide. The carrying portion is defined with openings in an area adjacent to the sidewalk. The light source is mounted onto the sidewall and offset to the opening. The backframe includes a bottom board and erections which extend and pass through the opening. The bottom board abuts the carrying portion. The thickness of the erection is larger than the thickness of the light source such that expansion of the waveguide exposed under heat will not in contacting with the light source. Accordingly, the light source will not be damaged by the expansion of the waveguide, and therefore prolong the service of the light source.

According to the present disclosure, the number of parts and consequently the cost are reduced; and the backlight module can be assembled quickly in a convenient way, which is favorable for improving the assembling efficiency of the backlight module.

    摘要: The present disclosure belongs to the field of liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and more particularly relates to a packing device of a backlight module including a fixing frame, a rotating shaft, and a clamping piece which can rotate around the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is fixed to the fixing frame. The clamping piece includes an upper arm and a lower arm, and the upper arm and the lower arm are respectively used for clamping upper and lower surfaces of the backlight module. When an opening formed by surrounding the upper arm and the lower arm is upward, one edge of the backlight module can be put above the lower arm. Then, the backlight module is slowly put down, and the lower arm of the clamping piece rotates around the fixing shaft under stress. When the opening formed by surrounding the upper arm and the lower arm of the clamping piece is in a horizontal direction, the lower arm comes into contact with the lower surface of the backlight module to form a supporting state, and the upper arm of the clamping piece is pressed against the upper surface of the backlight module. Thus, the backlight module is completely fixed. The packing device of the backlight module of the present disclosure can be up and down stacked, and the stress of each layer of backlight module is uniform. Thus, a problem of affecting optical quality of the backlight module due to gravity accumulation is solved.

    摘要: The invention discloses a backplane, a back light module, and an LCD device. The backplane comprises a backplane surface and side walls arranged on the sides of the backplane surface. The backplane further comprises at least one layer of stacked plate fixed to the side walls in a stacked mode. Because the side walls of the backplane of the invention are provided with at least one layer of stacked plate fixed to the side walls in stacked mode, the thickness of each side wall of the backplane is increased and thus reinforces the strength of each side wall, and the total strength of the backplane is reinforced under the support of the side walls and the stacked plates thereof. Besides, that the strength of the side walls is reinforced avoides the arrangement of stiffeners on the backplane surface, which reduces the total thickness of the backplane. Thus, on one hand, the total strength of the backplane is guaranteed, on the other hand, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the backplane and make a thinner LCD device.

The LGP is disposed on the light source for guiding the light. The optical film disposed on the LGP is used for dealing with the light guided by the LGP. The optical film includes at least one curved portion. The curved portion is connected to the side of the back bezel for securing the position of the optical film relative to the other components.
