Abstract: Provided are a data transmission method and apparatus and a computer storage medium. The method may include: a source Distributed Unit (DU) reports a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) transmission state report to a source Centralized Unit (CU), where the PDCP transmission state report enables the CU to determine which PDCP protocol data unit (PDU) data is not successfully received by a UE; and the PDCP PDU data which is not successfully received by the UE are retransmitted to the UE via a target DU.
