摘要： A dispensing assembly wall bracket for mounting an operable dispensing assembly to an essentially vertical surface. The bracket includes a base fixable to the vertical surface, and defining a plane which is substantially parallel to the vertical surface when the base is fixed thereto. A fitting is fixed to the base, and has an inlet and an outlet. The inlet defines an axis substantially parallel to the plane, and the outlet defines an axis which intersects the inlet axis. At least one support arm extends from the base, and has a proximal end fixed to the base and a distal end. A receptacle is supported by the support arm distal end, and aligned with the outlet axis, wherein a dispensing assembly having an inlet received in the receptacle is positioned for connecting the dispensing assembly inlet to the fitting outlet.

摘要： An adjustable holder for a container comprises a stationery member having a first surface for pressing against a first side of the container. A moveable member has a second surface for pressing against a second side of the container. First and second structures allow the moveable member to telescope with respect to the stationary member along a direction of adjustment. Third and fourth structures set a plurality of distances between the first and second surfaces. The third structure comprises a plurality of slots arranged along the direction of adjustment and oriented generally orthogonal to such direction. The fourth structure comprises a resiliently biased projection with a user-operated handle for being inserted into a desired slot. The holder adjusts to the size of the container, and, in preferred embodiments, can be made especially economically.

摘要： A water heater is restrained against movement, such as during an earthquake, by a restraining system. The restraining system includes a pair of adjustable straps, which accommodate water heaters of various sizes. One end of each strap is securely attached to a supporting surface, such as a wall. The other end of the straps contain a plurality of slots configured to receive a connector. A connector is positioned in a desired slot or slots in each strap such that when the straps are placed around the water heater, the connectors are positioned proximate to each other. An adjustable fastener such as a bolt is inserted through an aperture in each connector to adjustably fasten the connectors together. The adjustable connector allows fine adjustment of the tension of straps around the water heater.

The cup holder or similar accessory has a vertical pin that fits removably into the socket of the support bracket. Rubber petals help secure the beverage container and suppress rattling, and an embossed rubber member in the base breaks capillary seals. The convenience tray has a flat support shelf and a pin or pair of pins extend downward from a rear portion of the flat support shelf, each pin fitting into the socket of a respective support bracket. The accessories may also take the form of a vase, a cellular phone stand, or a picture frame.
