    摘要: An outer shell for a dispenser and a method for making same are provided, the outer shell including first and second injection molded plastic component parts. The first and second component parts each include an outer surface and an inner surface, with the first component part having a first mating surface directed to the outer surface of the first component part and the second component part having a second mating surface directed to an inner surface of the second component part. The first and second component parts are joined to each other along a seam by mating the first mating surface and the second mating surface during injection moulding. A plurality of recesses is formed in the inner surface of the first component part along the seam and/or on a gate protrusion extending away from a free end of the first mating surface of the first component part.

    摘要: A multifunctional dispenser for dispensing cleaning-active liquids includes a housing having a first pot-shaped housing part suitable for receiving medical products and, arranged thereon, a second pot-shaped housing part suitable for receiving cleaning-active liquids. The first housing part defines a first central axis, has a loading passage for passing medical products therethrough, and stores a medical product. The second housing part defines a second central axis and stores cleaning-active liquid. The multifunctional dispenser also includes an actuatable liquid dispenser for dispensing cleaning-active liquids defining a dispenser central axis. Actuation of the liquid dispenser delivers a predefined volume or mass of cleaning-active liquid from the second housing part and either introduces it into the first housing part in order to wet the medical product arranged therein or dispenses it to a user. The dispenser central axis, the first central axis, and the second central axis are aligned coaxially with each other.

    摘要: An adaptor assembly for use in a dispenser for a replaceable fluid container comprising a fluid reservoir and a fluid pump. The adapter assembly is used in conjunction with the dispenser to allow a use of a fluid container having a pump being actuated by laterally compressing it. The adaptor assembly comprises an actuation part being movable, when mounted in the dispenser, and comprises a first contact surface for abutting against the user actuator and a second contact surface for abutting against the pump. The adaptor assembly also comprises a first connecting support for removably connecting the actuation part to the dispenser and/ or the fluid dispensing package mounted in the compartment. A fluid dispensing system including the adaptor assembly is also disclosed.

    摘要: A power management system for dispensers is described. The system includes a controller connected to a lower power zero net voltage (ZNV) power source. A power rectification circuit (PRC) converts ZNV power to higher voltage direct current (HVDC) power. An energy storage system connected to the HVDC power source receives and stores HVDC power within the energy storage system which is selectively provided to a dispenser motor load connected to the energy storage system. The system provides an effective solution to the problem of transferring power from a low power battery source on a disposable product to a dispenser as well as providing a system that minimizes corrosion at the electrical interface between the disposable product and the dispenser particularly in higher humidity environments.
