    摘要: The invention relates to a stable high-performance flat sealing material for application at a temperature up to 330° C. which is compacted by heat and pressure in such a way that a composite film, i.e. a reinforced (fibrous) film is obtainable by compressing one or several non-woven fabrics or one or several non-woven mat weaves at a predetermined pressure and temperature. The inventive flat sealing material is suitable for highly stressed joints, in particular for cylinder head gaskets. The thus produced composite film or the (fiber and/or binder) reinforced film has the layer thicknesses ranging from 0.01 to 3.0 mm obtainable in one operation from one or several non-woven fabric layers, thereby making it possible for the first time to obtain the layer thicknesses of 0.01 mm using the inventive materials.

    摘要: A timepiece equipped with an alarm mechanism having a striking device and a minute repeater mechanism provided with a striking device. The two striking devices share at least one gong and one hammer. A power source can be locked when the mechanism is at rest and unlocked when the mechanism is in operation. An adjustment system can be used to program the alarm time. A trigger system includes a control member which controls the unlocking of the power source and a cam which is kinematically connected to the movement and performs one revolution every 24 hours. A first striking mechanism is equipped with at least one hammer arranged to strike at least one gong, and a supplemental striking mechanism is equipped with at least one hammer arranged to strike at least one non-resonant object, wherein the power source drives one or the other of these striking mechanisms.

A polyethylene fiber composite backing and spall cover are preferred. The carbon fiber layers are cured directly onto the tile, not adhered using a separate adhesive so that they are integral with the tile, not a separate layer.

    摘要: The invention is a dual-axis force transmission mechanism that operates as an actuator for the valve of fluid dispensing devices. It comprises a rotating trigger member (101) that pivots as a force is applied by the operator. The transmission mechanism preferably includes a rack and pinion arrangement in which a pinion gear (108) located on the rotatable trigger member (101) intermeshes with a rack gear (107) located on the opposing force transmission frame. This mechanism inter-converts a force applied to the rotatable trigger (101) into a rectilinear force that is then transmitted to operate the fluid dispensing valve.

The system has two components interacting with an existing practice management system of a service provider and with online claim filing systems of insurance payers. The first is a software application installed on the service provider's computer to seek out billing information and create files suitable for filing of formatted claims with the payer's web sites. The second component is a web portal that interacts with both the first component and the payers' web sites to keep the former with formatting requirements and to facilitate filing of the claims electronically. The system uses a software “cookie” to convey instructions to the first component so that it can automatically connect to the appropriate page of each payer's web site.
