    Abstract: A micro-LED display device and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The method comprises: forming micro-LEDs (202) on a carrier substrate (201), wherein the carrier substrate (201) is transparent for a laser which is used in laser lifting-off; filling trenches between the micro-LEDs (202) on the carrier substrate (201) with a holding material (209); performing a laser lifting-off on selected ones of the micro-LEDs (202) to lift off them from the carrier substrate (201), wherein the selected micro-LEDs (202) are held on the carrier substrate (201) through the holding material (209); bonding the selected micro-LEDs (202) onto a receiving substrate (207) of the micro-LED display device; separating the selected micro-LEDs (202) from the carrier substrate (201) to transfer them to the receiving substrate (207).

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a speaker module, comprising a module housing and a speaker unit disposed in the module housing, wherein the speaker unit divides a cavity enclosed by the module housing into a front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity, the module housing is further provided with an air-permeable insulation assembly which divides the rear acoustic cavity into a first chamber and a second chamber, and the second chamber is filled with a sound-absorbing material, and wherein the air-permeable insulation assembly comprises a support frame and a mesh cloth adhered and fixed to the support frame by means of a back adhesive. The present disclosure can be used to prevent the problems of mesh breakage and mesh deviation that are likely to occur when the mesh cloth is being installed at the air-permeable insulation assembly, thereby improving the production yield of the air-permeable insulation assembly.

The barrier rib body is provided in the rear acoustic cavity, at least a part of the barrier rib body faces the leakage hole, and the distance between the leakage hole and the part of the barrier rib body facing the leakage hole is less than the size of the sound-absorbing particles. The technical solution of thc prcscnt disclosure can reduce the occurrence of the situation where the sound-absorbing particles block the leakage hole.

The speckle elimination apparatus eliminates the phenomenon of laser speckle, and prevents stray light from being produced during laser speckle elimination.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a diaphragm for a sound generating device and a sound generating device. The diaphragm comprising at least one elastomer layer, wherein the elastomer layer is made of an ethylene propylene diene monomer; and the ethylene propylene diene monomer is formed by polymerizing three monomers, the three monomers being an ethylene monomer, a propylene monomer and a non-conjugated diene monomer respectively, a mass ratio of the ethylene monomer to the propylene monomer ranging from 0.25 to 4, and content of the non-conjugated diene monomer being 1%-15% of total content of the ethylene monomer and the propylene monomer. The ethylene propylene diene monomer has excellent high-temperature resistance and thermo-oxidative aging resistance; and after the rubber is made into the diaphragm, the diaphragm is capable of working in a high-temperature environment for a long time, maintaining not only excellent elasticity but also excellent anti-fatigue characteristic, thereby possessing excellent reliability.
