摘要: The present invention relates to a heat-dissipation module of a light-emitting device, which includes a cooling unit, at least a cooling fan and at least a light-emitting device. The light-emitting device is preferably an LED and is directly bonded to the cooling unit through a heat-conductor. The cooling unit and the heat conductor are constituted by a highly heat-conducting metal, e.g. aluminum, copper, gold and silver, or an alloy thereof, so as to absorb the heat of the light-emitting device by a heat-conducting means and achieve an ideal heat-dissipation performance by using the cooling fan to accelerating the air convection around the cooling unit.

摘要: A bearing is mounted in an axle tube of a motor and includes an axial hole for rotatably receiving a shaft of the motor. At least one guiding groove is defined in a peripheral wall defining the axial hole. The guiding groove extends axially from an end face toward but spaced from the other end face. The guiding groove includes a deposit space formed at a bottom thereof for receiving carbide and impurities to enhance the lubricating effect and to prolong the life of the motor.

摘要: A composite heat-dissipating module includes a base, at least one fin unit, a stirring unit, and at least two horizontal air-feeding units. The base includes a top face, a bottom face, and a compartment. The bottom face is in contact with an object to be heat-dissipated. A heat-conducting liquid is received in the compartment. The fin unit is mounted on the top face of the base. The fin unit includes a plurality of fins. A heat-dissipating channel is defined between a pair of the fins adjacent to each other. A stirring unit stirs the heat-conducting liquid to circulate the heat-conducting liquid in the compartment. The horizontal air-feeding units are mounted on at least one side of the fin unit. The horizontal air-feeding units provide lateral airflows into the heat-dissipating channels for dissipating heat.

摘要: A miniature blower fan includes an axial seat and a shaft extending from a central portion of the axial seat. A plurality of vanes and a magnet are mounted to an outer circumferential wall of the axial seat. The vanes extend radially outward from the outer circumferential wall of the axial seat and are spaced at regular intervals. The miniature blower fan further includes a casing having an air inlet. The vanes have a thickness larger than 30% of an overall height of the vanes and the magnet. In another embodiment, a web extends radially outward from the outer circumferential wall of the axial seat, the vanes are mounted to a side of the web, and the magnet is mounted to the other side of the web. The vanes have a thickness larger than 30% of an overall height of the web, the vanes, and the magnet.

摘要: A motor includes a fixed portion having a stator with at least two pole faces. Each pole face includes a strong magnetic section and a weak magnetic section for respectively creating stronger and weaker alternating magnetic fields. A rotor includes a shaft rotatably extending through the fixed portion and an annular magnet mounted to an inner periphery of the rotor and facing the pole faces of the stator. At least one magnetically conductive balancing portion is mounted on the fixed portion and includes at least two magnetically conductive faces that are respectively aligned with the weak magnetic sections and that face at least one face of the annular magnet. When the rotor turns, the annular magnet of the rotor induces the stronger alternating magnetic fields and the weaker alternating magnetic fields and attracts the magnetically conductive faces to thereby maintain starting stability and rotational balance of the rotor.
