摘要: Artificial intelligence is introduced into document review to identify content suggestions from input to generate suggested annotations for the reviewed document. An approach is provided for receiving an electronic document that contains original content from an original electronic document for review and electronic mark-ups provided by a first user. One or more electronic mark-ups that represent content suggestions proposed by the first user are identified from the electronic document. For each electronic mark-up of the one or more electronic mark-ups identified a document portion of the original content that corresponds to the electronic mark-up is identified, and an annotation is generated for the electronic mark-up comprising the electronic mark-up and a first user ID for the first user and associating the annotation to the document portion identified. The original content with one or more annotations generated from the one or more electronic mark-ups is displayed, in electronic form, within a display window.

摘要: Artificial intelligence is introduced into an electronic meeting context to perform various tasks before, during, and/or after electronic meetings. The artificial intelligence may analyze a wide variety of data such as data pertaining to other electronic meetings, data pertaining to organizations and users, and other general information pertaining to any topic. Capability is also provided to create, manage, and enforce meeting rules templates that specify requirements and constraints for various aspects of electronic meetings. Embodiments include improved approaches for translation and transcription using multiple translation/transcription services. Embodiments also include using sensors in conjunction with interactive whiteboard appliances to perform person detection, person identification, attendance tracking, and improved meeting start. Embodiments further include improvements to the presentation of content on interactive whiteboard appliances, providing meeting services for meeting attendees, agenda extraction, and learning to aid in creating new electronic meetings.

摘要: A cognitive agent system provides a centralized capability for users to configure and deploy cognitive agents across multiple heterogeneous vendor platforms. The cognitive agent system provides a design environment that allows users to define skills, as well as a new conversation construct that supports more complex interactions with users. The cognitive agent system also includes a deployment environment that allows users to register users and cognitive agents, deploy skills and conversations, and monitor the activity of cognitive agents across multiple vendor platforms. These users may use the cognitive agent system to define skills and conversations once and then deploy the skills and conversations to multiple service endpoints across different vendor platforms. In addition, the cognitive agent system allows user to directly manage cognitive agents that are not specific to any particular vendor.

摘要: Techniques provided for a system to determine and enable privileges for one or more meeting windows displayed on a computing device within an electronic meeting. In an embodiment, a set of records of computing devices that are capable of participating in an electronic meeting are maintained. Access permissions for the one or more meeting windows, within the electronic meeting, are maintained. The system receives a request for a first level role, from a first computing device in the electronic meeting. The system determines that the first computing device has, for the first meeting window, a first level role that includes privileges to control the first content. The system enables privileges, based upon the set of records of computing devices and the access permission roles, to allow control of the first content contained in the first meeting window of the electronic meeting to the first computing device.

摘要: An interactive whiteboard appliance includes the capability to integrate and manage, in a user-friendly manner, interactive electronic whiteboard sessions and videoconferencing sessions between the interactive whiteboard appliance and one or more client devices. An application manager executing on the interactive whiteboard appliance manages an interactive whiteboard application and a collaboration client executing on the interactive whiteboard appliance to maintain a videoconferencing session window on top of an interactive whiteboard session window during videoconferencing sessions. The application manager also provides graphical user interface controls displayed on the interactive whiteboard appliance that allow users to initiate and manage interactive electronic whiteboard sessions and videoconferencing sessions, including switching between interactive electronic whiteboard sessions and videoconferencing sessions. The approach may be implemented on interactive whiteboard appliances that are not natively configured to allow users to select and/or switch control between an interactive whiteboard session window and a videoconferencing session window.
