摘要： An ink cartridge in which on one surface of a cartridge case, there are provided a positioning means used in case that the ink cartridge is attached to a recording apparatus, an ink outlet port from an ink pack, an inlet port of the pressurized air and a connection terminal of a circuit board having a data storage means that stores ink information of the cartridge therein, and an ink jet recording apparatus provided with its ink cartridge are provided.According to the ink cartridge of this mode, since the cartridge is exactly positioned and fixed to a holder three-dimentionally by the positioning means, mechanical positional adjustment and electrical connection can be exactly performed, so that operation reliability of the recording apparatus can be improved. Further, in the recording apparatus of this mode, in a state where the cartridge has been mounted on the recording apparatus by the positioning means, the connection terminal of the board is located at the upper portion of the ink outlet port. Hereby, even if ink leaks from the ink outlet port, the connection terminal can be prevented from being stained with the ink.

摘要： An ink cartridge in which on one surface of a cartridge case, there are provided a positioning means used in case that the ink cartridge is attached to a recording apparatus, an ink outlet port from an ink pack, an inlet port of the pressurized air and a connection terminal of a circuit board having a data storage means that stores ink information of the cartridge therein, and an ink jet recording apparatus provided with its ink cartridge are provided. According to the ink cartridge of this mode, since the cartridge is exactly positioned and fixed to a holder three-dimentionally by the positioning means, mechanical positional adjustment and electrical connection can be exactly performed, so that operation reliability of the recording apparatus can be improved. Further, in the recording apparatus of this mode, in a state where the cartridge has been mounted on the recording apparatus by the positioning means, the connection terminal of the board is located at the upper portion of the ink outlet port. Hereby, even if ink leaks from the ink outlet port, the connection terminal can be prevented from being stained with the ink.

摘要： An ink cartridge comprises an upper cover, and the inside of an inner frame portion of the upper cover is partitioned into a groove and a waste ink storing portion by a wall portion. A waste ink absorber is accommodated in the waste ink storing portion, and the inner frame portion is sealed with a film in this state so that a passage and a waste ink storing chamber are formed. The opening of a lower cover accommodating an ink pack therein is sealed with the upper cover thus constituted so that the ink cartridge is formed. Even if the ink cartridge is turned in various directions such that any surface of the lower cover acts as a lower surface, the position of the ink pack in the ink cartridge is always set to be higher than the liquid level of the ink in an ink bag.

The perimeter wall and the edges of the guide projection define a path therebetween, and the path has at least a predetermined width.

The liquid container is mounted on a carriage having a container accommodation region. A one-push type fixing member in a position facing a surface parallel to an insertion direction in which the container is inserted into the container accommodation region is engaged with a fixing protrusion forming another one-push type fixing member and cooperating with the first-mentioned one-push type fixing member, so that the container is held in a predetermined position in a state in which the container is resiliently urged by a spring in a direction opposite to the insertion direction.

摘要： A liquid ejecting apparatus includes a liquid ejecting head with one nozzle group for ejecting one type liquid and another nozzle group for ejecting two types of liquid, thereby ejecting multiple types of liquid from the nozzle groups. A cap forms a sealing space that is suctioned by a suction pump. Flow-passages supply the liquid from a liquid container toward the liquid ejecting head. Flow-passage pumps in the downstream side of the liquid container in the flow-passages suction the liquid from the liquid container and discharge the liquid toward the downstream side. A choke valve has a valve chamber at the downstream side of the flow-passage pump to allow the liquid to flow therein. A flexible member changes a volume of the valve chamber by flexing. A discharge hole in an inner portion of the valve chamber is opened or closed by the flexing of the flexible member.
