    Abstract: Provided is a display device including a plurality of pixels and a touch sensor overlapping with the plurality of pixels, the touch sensor. The touch sensor possesses: a first wiring arranged in a first direction and including a plurality of first electrodes; and a second wiring arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction and including a plurality of second electrodes. Each of the first electrodes and each of the second electrodes vary in width continuously or stepwise in the first direction and the second direction, respectively, and satisfy a certain relationship with respect to an area and a total length of sides thereof.

    Abstract: A display device includes a flexible substrate including a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface; a TFT array layer provided on the first surface; a display element layer provided on the TFT array layer; a first heat releasing layer provided on the second surface; a first protective layer provided on the same side as the second surface; a second heat releasing layer provided on the display element layer; and a second protective layer provided on the display element layer. The second heat releasing layer has a light transmittance of 90% or higher.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a flexible substrate; a pixel over the flexible substrate, the pixel including a transistor and a display element; a first wiring for transmitting a signal to the pixel, the first wiring extending in a first direction; a second wiring extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction; an inorganic insulating layer on a higher level than the first wiring or the second wiring; and an organic insulating layer on a higher level than the inorganic insulating layer, wherein the inorganic insulating layer has an opening exposing a part of the upper surface of the first wiring or the second wiring is exposed, and the organic insulating layer is provided in such a way as to fill the opening.

    Abstract: The first and second touch electrodes constitute a mesh shape of staying away from overlap with the light-emitting pixels. Each electrode body has a first slim portion between adjacent light-emitting pixels in the first direction. Each electrode body has a first wide portion between adjacent light-emitting pixels in the second direction. The first wide portion is wider than the first slim portion. The jumper electrode has a second slim portion between adjacent light-emitting pixels in the first direction. The jumper electrode has a second wide portion between adjacent light-emitting pixels in the second direction. The second wide portion is wider than the second slim portion. The light-emitting pixels each have a planar shape longer in the second direction than in the first direction. The first and second wide portions are overlapped and electrically conductive, penetrating the insulation film.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a display device having a driving transistor for current-driving a light-emitting element provided in each pixel, wherein the drain of the driving transistor is connected to a first power source, the source of the driving transistor is connected to the light-emitting element and one end of a capacitor, and the gate of the driving transistor is connected to a voltage source via a first switch and simultaneously therewith is connected to the other end of the capacitor via a second switch; the other end of the capacitor is further connected to a signal line via a third switch; and the display device has a control circuit for selectively controlling the first power source to a plurality of voltages.
