Abstract: The display device includes a substrate, a display region arranged on the substrate and including a plurality of pixels, a first wiring provided on the substrate, an insulating layer overlapping a portion of the first wiring, an oxide conductive layer provided on the first wiring and electrically connected to the first wiring, a sealing layer overlapping the display region and at least an end of the oxide conductive layer and sealing the plurality of pixels, a sensor electrode provided on the sealing layer and overlapping the display region, and a second wiring passing over the at least end of the oxide conductive layer provided with the sealing layer and electrically connecting the sensor electrode and the oxide conductive layer.

Abstract: A sealing member containing conductive particles and disposed in a seal region is formed between a display panel and a touch panel. A laminated structure formed on the display panel includes a first detection lines. The first detection lines extend from the seal region to a connection region and are connected through the conductive particles to terminals of second detection lines formed on the touch panel. A peripheral edge of the organic barrier is located inward from the conductive particles of the sealing member. The above described structure can facilitate a work for connecting external lines such as FPC to the display panel and the touch panel. Further, the structure can secure stability of electrical connection between the external lines and the touch panel.

Abstract: A sealing member containing conductive particles and disposed in a seal region is formed between a display panel and a touch panel. A laminated structure formed on the display panel includes a first detection lines. The first detection lines extend from the seal region to a connection region and are connected through the conductive particles to terminals of second detection lines formed on the touch panel. A peripheral edge of the organic barrier is located inward from the conductive particles of the sealing member. The above described structure can facilitate a work for connecting external lines such as FPC to the display panel and the touch panel. Further, the structure can secure stability of electrical connection between the external lines and the touch panel.

Abstract: First electrodes are formed on an insulation surface in such a manner that the adjacent first electrodes are connected in a first direction and are separated in a second direction intersecting the first direction. Second electrodes are formed on an insulation surface in such a manner that the adjacent second electrodes are connected in the second direction and are separated in the first direction. A flexible insulation layer is formed between the first electrodes and the third electrodes. An area of each of the third electrodes is less than an area of each of the first electrodes.

Abstract: Provided is an organic electroluminescence display device. The organic electroluminescence display device includes a bank that is provided so as to surround a central portion of a pixel electrode, an organic electroluminescence layer that is provided on the pixel electrode, a common electrode that is formed so as to extend from the organic electroluminescence layer to the bank, a color filter layer that overlaps the organic electro luminescence layer, a black matrix layer that overlaps the bank, a spacer that is provided on the black matrix layer, and a wiring that is provided on the black matrix layer so as to be placed on the spacer. The black matrix layer is disposed on the bank through the spacer. A convex portion is formed by the wiring being placed on the spacer, and the convex portion is electrically connected to the common electrode above the bank.

Abstract: An organic electroluminescence display device includes a substrate; a thin film transistor that is formed on the substrate; a light emitting region that has a lower electrode, a light emitting layer, and an upper electrode formed for each of a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix shape on the thin film transistor; and a contact hole that is formed on the outside of the light emitting region in one corner portion of the pixel and connects the thin film transistor and the lower electrode for each pixel in a plan view.
