Abstract:
In a card connector including a card guide for guiding movement of a card in a first direction, the card guide defines a fitting position and a releasing position of the card in the first direction. A slider is coupled to the card guide to be slidable in the first direction. The slider is continuously urged by an elastic member towards the fitting position. When the slider is slid against urging force of the elastic member, a butting portion of the slider is engaged with the card at the fitting position to transfer the card to the releasing position.
Abstract:
In a card connector for use in connection of a card, a guide portion connected to a connector body. The guide portion is adapted to guide movement of the card with respect to the connector body. A selecting portion is connected to the guide portion and has an engaging portion. When the card has a predetermined thickness, the selecting portion is elastically deformed by contact with the card to allow further movement of the card. When the card is thinner than the predetermined thickness, the engaging portion is engaged with the card to inhibit further movement of the card.
Abstract:
In a card connector to be fixed to a mounting object and used for connecting a card, a stopper is coupled to an insulator holding a conductive contact. The stopper has a fixing portion to be fixed to the mounting object. Furthermore, the stopper has a butting portion to be engaged with the card in a predetermined direction when the card is inserted in the predetermined direction into a receiving portion defined by a cover coupled to the insulator.

Moreover, the invention provides a method of manufacturing the polyurethane foam manufactured from a polyisocyanate and a polycarbonate polyol, comprising mixing the polyisocyanate and polycarbonate polyol together and foaming same.
Abstract:
In a hot-plug connector comprising a plurality of contacts used for a plurality of the uses, each of the contacts being provided with a peg portion for being mounted on a main surface of an electrical circuit board, a contact portion for removable connection to a mating contact of a mating connector, and a squeezed portion for being pushed into and hold by an insulator, the peg portions are equal in length to one another in a depth direction. The squeezed portions are equal in length to one another in the depth direction. The contact portions are different in length in the depth direction from one another so as to correspond to the uses. Therefore, the peg and the squeezed portions are located at the same location in the depth direction. The contact portions are protruded to the different location from each other in the depth direction.
