    摘要: An advantage of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal composition, which satisfies two or more of characteristics such as a wide nematic phase temperature range, a small viscosity, a suitable optical anisotropy, a large negative dielectric anisotropy, and a large specific resistance. One aspect of the invention is to provide a liquid crystal composition having properly balanced characteristics. Another aspect of the invention is to provide a liquid crystal display element, which includes such a composition to have a large voltage holding ratio.
