Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods are provided. A method of wireless communication may include performing a first listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure associated with a channel, wherein a channel occupancy time (COT) for the channel is acquired based on the first LBT being successful, communicating a first communication signal in a first link direction during the COT, switching from the first link direction to a second link direction different from the first link direction, and communicating after the switching, a second communication signal in the second link direction without performing a second LBT.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource configuration. In one aspect, a base station may schedule a user equipment (UE) for PUCCH transmission based on a time division orthogonal cover code (TD-OCC) or a set of TD-OCCs, a cyclic shift step size or a set of cyclic shift step sizes, a first symbol or a set of first symbols, or a cyclic shift set. The base station may distinguish communications from that UE based on the TD-OCC or set of TD-OCCs, the cyclic shift step size or set of cyclic shift step sizes, the first symbol or set of first symbols, or the cyclic shift set.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a plurality of slot-aggregated physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions associated with a common transport block; receive a dynamic feedback information (DFI) transmission that includes hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback associated with the plurality of slot-aggregated PUSCH transmissions, wherein the HARQ feedback is a HARQ acknowledgement (ACK) or a HARQ negative acknowledgement (NACK); determine whether one or more PUSCH transmissions, of the plurality of slot-aggregated PUSCH transmissions, satisfy a delay condition associated with receipt of the DFI transmission; and determine whether the HARQ feedback is valid based at least in part on whether the one or more PUSCH transmissions satisfy the delay condition. Abstract: Techniques for defining a reference duration and one or more reference transmissions that are utilized for contention window update are provided to address these new features. An apparatus, such as a wireless device, determines a reference duration of a channel occupancy time (COT), the reference duration based at least in part on a subcarrier spacing (SCS) and based on reception of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. The apparatus updates a contention window (CW) based at least in part on reception of the PDSCH transmission during the reference duration. For example, the apparatus may increase the CW when a negative acknowledgement (NACK) is received for the determined PDSCH in the COT and may assign CW with a predetermined minimum value (CW_min) when a positive acknowledgement (ACK) is received for the determined PDSCH.

Abstract: A base station may generate a channel occupancy time (COT) indication for a user equipment (UE), the COT indication including a bit configuration and a quantized remaining COT duration, and transmit the COT indication to the UE. The quantized remaining COT duration may be a COT floor or a lower quantization level, or to a COT ceiling or a higher quantization level, in which generating the COT indication for the UE may include using a slot format indicator to cancel a radio resource control configured uplink or downlink transmission between a COT duration and the COT ceiling or higher quantization level. UE methods include receiving a COT indication of a bit configuration and a quantized remaining COT duration, and communicating with the base station based on the COT indication. The UE may monitor a physical downlink control channel for uplink and downlink transmissions based on the quantized remaining COT duration.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for channel occupancy time (COT) sharing arrangements when two or more COTs are associated with different durations, and provides arrangements for base station scheduling of downlink transmissions and selection of a listen-before-talk (LBT) configuration when two or more COTs are associated with different user equipment (UE) transmission endpoints. Furthermore, this disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for UE-side communication in accordance with scheduling information determined based on such COT sharing arrangements. By providing COT sharing arrangements when two or more COTs are associated with different durations, unlicensed channel utilization may be improved and throughput may be increased relative to when only one UE's COT can be used by the base station. By providing arrangements for scheduling downlink transmissions and selecting an LBT configuration, unlicensed channel utilization may be improved and access to the unlicensed medium may be streamlined.

Abstract: A narrowband apparatus determines a set of monitored resource blocks (RBs) on a subframe for monitoring for CRS from a base station may monitor for the CRS from the base station on the subframe based on the set of monitored RBs. The base station determines a bandwidth for transmitting the CRS to a user equipment, the bandwidth being less than a system bandwidth and transmits the CRS to the UE using the determined bandwidth. The UE monitors for the CRS on a set of monitored RBs. The set of monitored RBs may include a center set of resource blocks and a number of resources blocks around a center frequency on a subset of subframes. The center set of resource blocks may have a size based on a bandwidth capability of the UE and a system bandwidth.
