摘要： An alternator includes a stator having an annular stator core provided with a number of slots extending axially disposed in lines circumferentially so as to open on an inner circumferential side and a stator coil wound into the stator core so as to be installed in the slots, a rotor having a number of claw-shaped magnetic poles for alternately forming north-seeking (N) and south-seeking (S) poles about a rotational circumference, the rotor being rotatably disposed on the inner circumferential side of the stator core, a bracket supporting the rotor and the stator, and a rectifier disposed at a first axial end of the stator and connected to end portions of the stator coil, the rectifier converting alternating current from the stator coil into direct current, wherein a number of slots is two per phase per pole, and the stator coil comprises a number of winding sub-portions in each of which a long strand of wire is wound so as to alternately occupy an inner layer and an outer layer in a slot depth direction within the slots at intervals of a predetermined number of slots by folding back the strand of wire outside the slots at axial end surfaces of the stator core.

摘要： The present invention is to obtain a vehicle alternator capable of effectively reducing an electromagnetic noise. The vehicle alternator includes steel sheet fans mounted to poles by being welding to the end surfaces of the poles on the inner peripheral sides of the fans at a plurality of positions in a peripheral direction and a bobbin around which a coil is wound and which is attached in the poles and further includes elastic matters interposed between the fans and the poles on the outer peripheral side of the welding portions where the fans are welded to the poles.

摘要： In an automotive alternator having a case in which air intake vents 1a and air discharge vents 1b are disposed, a rotor, which is fastened to a shaft such that claw-shaped magnetic poles intermesh, has as a pair of fans having a plurality of blades and fastened to the axial end surfaces of poles cores, and is rotatably disposed in the case, a stator core to which a plurality of slots are formed and a stator having a stator winding to be accommodated in the slots, the slots are formed in an even number, each of the claw-shaped magnetic poles is formed in an even number, and said blades of the pair of fans are formed in the same odd number, respectively. With this construction, there can be provided a small automotive alternator which has a high output and an excellent cost performance and in which fans generate a low level of noise.
