    Abstract: The present invention relates to a coil module for an electric machine, comprising at least one coil disc comprising a coil carrier made of an electrically insulating material and a plurality of individual windings made of an electrically conductive material and being circumferentially arranged on the coil disc around a center of the coil disc. Each of the windings comprises two active regions extending radially from the center and two passive regions extending tangentially at its radially outer and inner edges, wherein, in a top view of the coil disc, the active regions of different windings do not overlap each other, but each passive region of one of the windings partially overlaps the corresponding passive regions of the two directly adjacent windings. In the active regions, the respective winding in cross-section has a greater thickness in the axial direction than in the passive regions.

    Abstract: Provided is a rotary electric machine which is configured to draw three-phase output lines from a connection side coil end by an easy process. A stator for a rotary electric machine according to the present invention includes a plurality of segment coils including connection-side winding portions and non-connection-side winding portions. The connection-side winding portions are arranged on one side of a stator core and connected to slots with the same slot pitch, and the non-connection-side winding portions are arranged on the other side of the stator core and inserted into the slots with a plurality of kinds of slot pitches. The connection-side winding portions include a first connection group and a second connection group. The first connection group is provided with a plurality of terminal portions for connecting the segments, and the second connection group connects layers different from those in the first connection group, and is provided with a plurality of terminal portions.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an electric fluid pump wherein a radial outer circumferential surface of a stator and an insulating flat surface of an insulating base part, on which crossover wire guides are mounted and which is perpendicular to the outer circumferential surface of the stator, are covered with a synthetic resin coating of predetermined thickness. Since the insulating flat surface of the insulating base part on which the crossover wire guides are mounted and the outer circumferential surface of the stator are covered with the synthetic resin coating, it is possible that, even when a winding force is exerted in a radially inward direction of the stator by winding of crossover wires on the crossover wire guides, the synthetic resin coating on the outer circumferential surface of the stator suppresses changes in the mounting angles of the crossover wire guides and thereby prevents loosening of the crossover wires.
