The scroll producing apparatus also has a film inserting station ST3 including an engaging slot phasing mechanism for phasing the spool before an elongate film is inserted therein thereby to align the engaging slot with an angular position for film insertion.     摘要: In an electrophotographic developer and a process for forming an image, an electrophotographic toner used therein contains spherical toner parent particles and two or more kinds of inorganic particles having different average particle diameters, at least one kind of the inorganic fine particles being spherical particles having an average primary particle diameter of about 80 to 300 nm, and the inorganic particles containing the spherical particles being attached to the toner parent particles to provide a structure satisfying the following conditions (1) and (2): (1) the spherical particles have a coverage on a surface of the toner parent particles of about 20% or more; and (2) a proportion of the inorganic particles that are separated from the toner parent particles upon dispersing the toner in an aqueous solution is about 35% or less of a total addition amount of the inorganic particles.

    摘要: An apparatus for assembling a photo film unit has a dark box, which has supply openings into which parts are supplied, and an exit opening from which the body loaded with the photo film is exited. Intermediate cells of the dark box shield ambient light and include interlocked outer shutter plates and inner shutter plates which are disposed in the supply openings and the exit opening. A cassette supplying loader and a robot hand transfer the cassette into the dark box, while a leading tongue of the photo film is protruded from the cassette shell, with a remaining portion of the photo film contained as a roll. A roll forming fork device winds the photo film to a predetermined length from the cassette and forms the photo film into the roll. A photo film mounting mechanism swings the roll and the cassette shell together to change orientation thereof, and loads the roll and the cassette shell into the body.

    摘要: The present invention provides a toner for developing an electrostatic image which inhibits the filming of a wax on the development sleeve and photoreceptor to obtain a stable image. The present invention also provides a toner for developing an electrostatic image which provides a practically sufficiently wide fixing latitude. The present invention further provides an image formation process for forming a copied image with an excellent dot reproducibility, fine line reproducibility and gradation. A novel toner for developing an electrostatic image is provided, which comprises a particulate toner containing a polyolefin wax and a modified polyolefin wax, wherein the average diameter of wax particles dispersed in the particulate toner is not more than 0.5 .mu.m and the amount of wax exposed on the surface of said particulate toner is from 40 to 65% by weight. The particulate toner may comprise a finely divided magnetic powder in an amount of from 30 to 70% by weight. The content of modified polyolefin wax in the particulate toner is preferably greater than that of polyolefin wax.

    摘要: A film magazine assembling system includes a plurality of two-part magazine casing assembling chucks. Each chuck is formed of a pair of chuck members the inner surfaces of which substantially form a cylindrical surface in a closed state. In an open state, one of the side edges of one of the chuck members parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical surface is spaced from the mating edge of the other chuck member. An indexing plate is rotatable about a substantially horizontal rotational axis and supports the magazine casing assembling chucks at regular angular intervals about the rotational axis so that the longitudinal axis of said cylindrical surface is held horizontal. The indexing plate is intermittently rotated by an angle equal to the angular interval, thereby successively stopping each magazine casing assembling chuck at a plurality of stations. The magazine casing assembling chuck is in the open state and opposed side edges of the barrel plate which form the magazine slit is spaced from each other at the first station, and the barrel plate is loaded into the magazine casing assembling chuck so that the side edges are positioned in the space between the spaced side edges of the chuck members.
