    摘要: Disclosed is a method for continuous casting with a continuous casting annular mold. The method includes: providing a continuous annular casting mold having a superstructure secured over a chill, the superstructure including an overhang extending over the inner wall of the chill; cooling the inner wall surface of the chill; introducing a mixture of a lubricant and gas under pressure at the transition of the overhang and the inner wall surface of the chill. The mixture is introduced in a direction parallel to the inner wall surface of the chill. A molten material to be cast is introduced to the mold in a direction from above the superstructure. The cast material is drawn off from below the chill, and the mixture of gas and lubricant maintains a gap between the material to be cast and the inner wall surface of the chill. A continuous casting mold is also disclosed.

    摘要: A synchronous rotary cross cutter for cutting a material web of paper or the like has two drums which synchronously rotate about parallel axes at opposite sides of the material web, and a cutting element on each drum. One of the cutting elements is elastically yieldable, and the drum for this cutting element has a helical bearing surface with an axis lying on the cutting edge of the elastically yieldable cutting element. The helical surface of the drum has such an inclination that the free angles of the elastically yieldable cutting element at the beginning and at the end of the cutting line are identical.

    摘要: A sauna stove arrangement with an electric heater and an exit opening for hot air. At a distance above the hot air exit opening, a vertically movable protective cover is provided. A trigger release member is connected to the protective cover and moves within a path of motion of a switch which disconnects the heater. The protective cover is movable downward against the action of a spring, and forms at least part of the lever arm of a beam balance having another lever arm constructed as the trigger for the switch. The protective cover, furthermore, forms the longer lever arm of the beam balance, and the shorter lever arm has a counterpoise which keeps the beam balance in equilibrium if there is no load on the protective cover. The beam balance is supported at a wall adjacent to the sauna stove, and its shorter lever arm projects partially into a recess in the wall in which the switch is located.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for the bonded adhesion, or connection, of a plurality of wire-shaped individual elements into an arrangement, particularly into a wire band, wherein the adjacent individual elements have predetermined breaking points allowing for the mechanical removal of the individual elements. The bonded adhesion is brought about according to the invention utilizing a two-layer system on the basis of acrylate resins consisting of an inner coating (A) and of an outer coating (B), wherein the inner coating (A) has a lower hardness, than the outer coating. In a further aspect the invention also comprises arranging a plurality of wire-shaped individual elements through such a bonded connection, particularly a wire band.
