摘要: Lead frames for semiconductor device packages may include lead fingers proximate to a die-attach pad. A convex corner of the die-attach pad, or of the lead fingers proximate to a geometric center of the lead frame may be rounded to exhibit a radius of curvature of at least two times a greatest thickness of the die-attach pad, the thickness measured in a direction perpendicular to a major surface of the die-attach pad. The signal may include a pulse group comprising a number of ranging pulses and a number of data pulses subsequent to the number of ranging pulses. Respective ones of the number of data pulses may have a phase of either a positive-going phase or a negative-going phase. Data may be encoded using the either positive-going phases or negative-going phases of the data pulses. The device may include a processor to decode the data at least partially responsive to the phases of the respective ones of the number of data pulses.

摘要: A method is disclosed. In various examples, the method may include receiving an instruction for generating a signal comprising a ranging signal and a data signal. The method may also include transmitting, via a terrestrial transmitter for transmitting radio waves having encoded messaging information and timing information for one or more of positioning, navigation and timing, the signal at least partially responsive to the instruction. Fractional currents may be selected to simplify at least some temperature calculations performed using digital logic. Values of at least two voltage changes may be determined at least partially based on values of voltages generated across a pair of nodes at least partially responsive to excitation currents. Such pair of nodes associated with sensing paths coupled with a remote diode. A value of temperature may be determined at least partially based on the values of at least two voltage changes and a stored value of a fractional mirror ratio. The fractional mirror ratio represents a relationship between current magnitudes of excitation currents.

摘要: A system for enhanced processing of voice-based signals in a voice-controllable sound-generating system (SGS) is provided. An SGS audio source may communicate electronic SGS audio signals to both (a) one or more speakers, which output corresponding SGS sound waves and (b) an audio countering system. A microphone may detect sound waves and output corresponding audio signals including: (a) distorted SGS audio signals corresponding with SGS sound waves and (b) additional audio signals originated from other sources, e.g., including voice-based commands. The audio countering system may (a) receive the electronic SGS audio signals from the SGS audio source; receive signals from the microphone representing the microphone-detected sound waves, and (c) use the electronic SGS audio signals received to cancel or counter the distorted SGS audio signals included in the microphone-received audio signals, to thereby enhance any voice-based commands included in the received audio signals.

摘要: Reduced complexity decoders with improved error correction and related systems, methods, and apparatuses are disclosed. An apparatus includes an input terminal and a processing circuitry. The input terminal is provided at a physical layer device to receive, from a network, a low density parity check (LDPC) frame including bits. The bits correspond to log-likelihood ratio (LLR) messages indicating probabilities that the bits have predetermined logic values. The processing circuitry is to saturate LLR values of a portion of the LLR messages corresponding to known bits of the LDPC frame to a highest magnitude value represented by the LLR messages, and pass the LLR messages between check nodes and message nodes. The message nodes correspond to the bits. The check nodes correspond to parity check equations of a parity check matrix.
