摘要: An addition-curable silicone rubber composition and an air bag are provided.
The addition-curable silicone rubber composition is characterized by comprising: (A) 100 parts by mass of an alkenyl-group-containing organopolysiloxane; (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, contained in such an amount that the number of moles of silicon-atom-bonded hydrogen atoms contained in (B) component is 5 or greater per mole of the alkenyl groups contained in (A) component; (C) an addition reaction catalyst, contained in an amount of 1-500 ppm, in terms of the mass of the catalyst metal element, of the total mass of (A) and (B) components; (D) 0.1-50 parts by mass of finely powdery silica; (E) 0.1-5.0 parts by mass of an adhesion improver [a mixture comprising (E-1) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, (E-2) an alkoxysilyl-modified isocyanurate compound, and (E-3) an organosilicon compound]; and (F) 0.1-5.0 parts by mass of a condensation catalyst.-

The manufacturing method includes: forming, by a flow-regulating member disposed adjacent to the heater, a gas flow such that formation, along a surface of the optical fiber base material, of a flow of a gas containing a Si compound generated from the optical fiber base material heated by the heater is inhibited; and forming, while maintaining the gas flow, the drawing shape portion by pulling part of the optical fiber base material softened by being heated by the heater.

摘要: A method for elongating a glass preform for an optical fiber is provided for producing a glass rod having a smaller diameter by elongating the glass preform having a large diameter, the method including: when the glass preform having a tapered transparent glass portion at one end of a straight body of the glass preform and a tapered portion including an opaque glass portion at another end is elongated, prior to the elongating, cutting a part of the tapered portion including the opaque glass portion, wherein a cut surface of the part is a lower end of the glass preform; and welding the cut surface of the tapered portion to a pulling dummy connected to a pulling mechanism in a elongating apparatus, wherein the cut surface is circular and has an outer diameter ranging from 135 mm to 160 mm.

摘要: Provided is a pellicle that can reduce residues stuck onto an exposure original plate when the pellicle is peeled from the exposure original plate after being used in lithography, in particular ArF lithography, and also provided are an exposure original plate with a pellicle, a method for regenerating an exposure original plate, and a peeling residue reduction method.
A pellicle includes a pellicle film, a pellicle frame provided with the pellicle film on one end face thereof, and an agglutinant layer provided on the other end face of the pellicle frame. When the agglutinant layer of the pellicle is bonded to a quartz mask substrate, then a portion to which the agglutinant layer of the pellicle is bonded is irradiated with 193-nm ultraviolet rays at 10 J/cm2 from a back surface of the substrate, and the pellicle is peeled after the irradiation, an amount of peeling residues of the agglutinant layer remaining on the substrate is 0.5 mg or less.-

摘要: A release agent composition for tire-molding contains: (A) 100 parts by mass of an organopolysiloxane containing at least two hydroxy groups bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule and having a viscosity at 25° C. of 10,000 mPa·s or higher; (B) 10 to 100 parts by mass of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A); (C) 10 to 10,000 parts by mass of water relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A); and (D) 2 to 70 parts by mass of a polyvinyl alcohol relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A). The release agent composition for tire-molding is excellent in release. Molding and vulcanizing tires repeatedly in succession a larger number of times without applying a release agent after once applying a release agent is realized.

摘要: In an outer blade cutting wheel comprising an annular thin disc base of cemented carbide having an outer diameter of 80-200 mm, an inner diameter of 30-80 mm, and a thickness of 0.1-1.0 mm, and a blade section disposed on an outer periphery of the base, the blade section comprises diamond grains and/or CBN grains bound with a metal bond having a Young's modulus of 0.7-4.0×1011 Pa and has a thickness which is greater than the thickness of the base by at least 0.01 mm. The outer blade cutting wheel is capable of cutting a workpiece at a high accuracy and a reduced allowance, improves machining yields, and reduces machining costs.

摘要: A silicone hybrid resin composition contains: (A) 100 parts by mass of a curable organic resin composition containing (A1) one or more curable organic resins selected from an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a polyimide resin, a maleimide resin, a polyurethane resin, a phenolic resin, a melamine resin, and silicone-modified resins thereof; and (B) 1 to 300 parts by mass of a curable silicone resin composition having a viscosity at 25° C. of 0.01 to 1,000 Pa·s as measured by a method described in JIS K 7117-1:1999, where the component (B) is a dispersion in the component (A), and the component (A) is a curable organic resin composition that cures by a reaction mechanism that is different from a reaction mechanism of the component (B). The silicone hybrid resin composition can lower a storage modulus and is excellent in adhesiveness to a substrate while maintaining the Tg of an organic resin.
