    摘要: The present disclosure provides an azapyrene compound, a display panel and a display apparatus. The compound has a structure represented by Chemical Formula 1, in which X1-X4 are each a nitrogen atom or C—Ra, one or two of X1-X4 are a nitrogen atom; only one of X1 and X2 is a nitrogen atom; only one of X3 and X4 is N; Ra is mainly hydrogen, deuterium, or C1-C10 alkyl; Ar1 and Ar2 are each C6-C30 aryl or C3-C30 heteroaryl; m and n are 0, 1, 2, or 3, and when one of m and n is 0, the other one of m and n is not 0; and L1 and L2 are a single bond, C6-C30 arylene, or C3-C30 heteroarylene; p and q are 0, 1, or 2. The compound can be used as a CPL material to improve external quantum efficiency (EQE) of an organic light-emitting device and light-emitting efficiency.

A first control device, a second control device and an output device of the shift register all receive a first power signal and a second power signal as working power signals. The first control device controls a signal of a first node and a signal of a second node in response to a first drive signal. The output device outputs a third drive signal in response to the signal of the first node or the signal of the second node, and the third drive signal is generated and outputted by utilizing the first drive signal and the second drive signal, and simplifying a circuit configuration of the shift register for generating the third drive signal.

    摘要: A display panel and fabrication method, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a base substrate, a first transistor and a storage capacitor. The storage capacitor includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and the first electrode and a gate of the first transistor have an overlapped region. The display panel also includes a first insulating layer having a plurality of first vias in the overlapped region, and the first electrode is electrically connected to the gate of the first transistor through the plurality of first vias. A plurality of grooves are formed on a side of the first electrode facing away from the base substrate. A plurality of protrusions are formed on a side of the second electrode facing toward the base substrate. A groove, a protrusion and a first via overlap in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the base substrate.

A first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a third metal layer are arranged in both the display area and the fan-shaped wiring area, and a fourth metal layer is arranged in the fan-shaped wiring area. In the display area, the first metal layer includes gate lines, the second metal layer includes data lines, and the third metal layer includes touch lines. Fingerprint identification signal lines are arranged in the fan-shaped wiring area and are electrically connected to fingerprint identification units arranged in the display area. The fourth metal layer arranged in the fan-shaped wiring area includes at least one of the fingerprint identification signal lines, which avoids too many fingerprint identification signal lines being arranged in the same layer with other signal lines.

    摘要: Driving method for driving circuit, display panel, and display device are provided. The method includes: in a data writing stage, transmitting data signal voltage to a gate electrode of the driving transistor in response to a scan signal in a first scan signal line; in a light-emitting stage, turning on a driving path connecting the driving transistor to the light-emitting device, and making the driving transistor generate a driving current based on the voltage of the gate electrode in the driving transistor to drive the light-emitting device to emit light, in response to a light-emitting signal in a light-emitting signal line; and in a compensation stage, compensating the voltage of the gate electrode in the driving transistor by using a first power signal voltage. The light-emitting stage and the compensation stage overlap with each other, and a starting time of the compensation stage is after a starting time of the light-emitting stage.
