摘要： The present invention 10 discloses a device for holding golf balls 30 having a vertically oriented magazine-like container 12 having a spring-loaded clip 14 on its side for being attached to the belt 16 of the user 18 or other golf paraphernalia such as a bag. The container 12 is equipped with an inner spring 40 on its inside upper surface for putting downward pressure on the balls 30. The balls 30 are also held inside the container 12 by vertical members 34 located in a spaced apart relationship on the interior of the container 36 and held in place by springs 44. The vertical members 34 are further equipped with a roller bearing 38 on their lower end which grips the balls 30 and prevents the balls from being discharged from the container 12 until the user 18 so desires. The container 12 is also equipped on its outer lateral surface with an aperture or notch 32 which allows the user 18 to insert his finger and remove the balls 30 from the container 12. The container 12 also has a magnetic external top surface 28 for holding a metallic ball marker 26 and external tee holding members 22.

摘要： A carrier for tennis balls includes a pocket with an open top, a retaining tab incorporating a plastic stiffening panel, and an inextensible but pliant connecting means for joining the retaining tab to the pocket near the top opening. The pocket is formed with a substantially flat back panel and a front section that tends to protrude outwardly from the back panel giving the top opening a D-shaped top edge sized to conveniently accommodate a single tennis ball. The pocket diverges in the direction away from the top opening, so that along its bottom the pocket can accommodate two tennis balls side by side. The pocket, connecting region and two cover layers of the retaining tab preferably are formed from a single piece of woven fabric. The material nap, and the plastic panel stiffness, cooperate to enhance frictional retention of the tab when the tab is inserted inside a garment, between the garment waistband and the body. When so inserted, the tab supports the pocket and its contents by suspension through the connecting region.

The divider panel (13) will divide the body (11) into an upper ball recess (14) with a top opening (15) and a lower ball recess (16) with a rear opening (17) for insertion and removal of bals from the top and rear. The lower ball recess (16) is closed on the bottom by a bottom panel (11B). An upper spacer (18) is secured through the center of the upper ball recess (14) and a lower spacer (19) is secured through the center of the lower ball recess (16) to give the center of the respective ball recess ( 14) and (16) a dimension slightly less than that of the ball. Two pieces of hooked fastening material (20) are secured inside the body (11) for each of the majority of balls in the upper ball recess (14) and each ball in the lower ball recess (16) to retain the balls inside the body (11). A belt loop assembly (24), leg strap loop (27) and leg strap (28) are provided for attaching the device to a player.

Both end's of the nylon belt are attached to a male and female buckle that secure the belt around the participant's waist. To accommodate different waist sizes, the length can be increased and decreased through a three strand adjustor. The fabric's stretchability allows it to expand and decrease in order to hold one to three tennis balls without falling out of the pouch. When the Ball Belt is not in use, it's flexible construction can be rolled-up, folded or used as a case to carry the tennis balls in.

The loop portion on the pouch can be engaged with the hook element on the garment to thereby provide the garment with an auxiliary pocket for holding tennis balls.

摘要： A tennis ball holder (1) has flexible petals (4) arranged around a tennis ball receiving recess (10). Nap-catching pins (9) attached to the petals project into the recess. When a tennis ball (21) is forced against the holder, the petals open outwardly, permitting the ball to enter the recess. The pins are then forced elastically into the nap (20) that covers the ball, thereby holding the ball in place. When the ball is manually pulled away, the pins release the nap undamaged and the petals elastically return to their original position. The holder is designed for economical fabrication in one piece. The holder may be attached to the handle end of a tennis racket for retrieving fallen balls without stopping. Alternatively, the holder may be attached to clothing for holding a ball not in use.
