    摘要: There is provided a screw of an injection molding machine that can eliminate uneven distribution of additive components without giving an excessive shear force to the additive components. An injection molding method of the present invention includes: a plasticizing process of feeding a resin pellet P and additive components to a heating cylinder 201 including a screw 10 that can rotate around a rotation axis C and can advance and retreat along the rotation axis C, and generating molten resin M by rotating the screw 10 in a normal direction; and an injection process of injecting to a cavity the molten resin M containing the additive components. In the plasticizing process, retreat operation of forcibly retreating the screw 10 is performed at a predetermined velocity by a predetermined stroke D1 or a predetermined time.

    摘要: An injection unit for an injection molding machine includes a screw cylinder, a plasticizing screw which can be driven therein axially and rotatably, the drive unit of which has an electric drive motor, a spindle drive coupled to the screw for the axial movement of the screw, and a rotary drive arranged coaxially with the spindle drive and allowing an axial displacement of the screw for the rotational movement of the screw. A differential gearing, is arranged between the drive motor, on the one hand, and spindle drive and rotary drive, on the other hand, with a differential cage, two driven gears and at least one compensating gear in between.

    摘要: In a mold closure position detection method, a mold closure position is detected on the basis of a variation in a physical quantity because of closure of a mold. The method comprises detecting an amount of movement of a movable platen, or a crosshead in the case where the mold clamping apparatus is of a toggle type, during closure of the mold; detecting a variation in the physical quantity because of closure of the mold; obtaining a rate of variation (which encompasses an amount of variation) in the physical quantity to a predetermined amount of movement of the movable platen or the crosshead; and detecting, as a mold closure position, a position of the movable platen or the crosshead when the variation rate reaches a preset ratio.

    摘要: The invention relates to a drive device, which is used in particular for the locking unit, the injection unit, or the ejector of an injection-moulding machine for plastics and which has a drive element that can be axially displaced by an electromotor and a hydraulic unit that can be displaced in the same direction as the drive element by being entrained by the latter. The hydraulic unit is a power-transmission element comprising two pistons which can be displaced in relation to one another and have working surfaces of different dimensions. Said hydraulic unit is also an intermediate element, which together with the pistons encloses a pressure chamber that is filled with a hydraulic fluid, when the small piston with the smaller working surface is mechanically connected to the drive element, when the entire hydraulic unit is displaced for a control movement and when the intermediate element is locked to prevent it from being displaced in relation to a fixed frame, in order to enable the larger piston with the larger working surface to exert a great force.

The speeds of the forward and backward movement of the screw are controlled in accordance with a screw-position/speed characteristic pattern which is measured in advance, and which is derived from the equation Vnull(2nullKnullS)null where V is screw speed, K is screw acceleration, and S is screw position.
