    摘要: The present application relates to a prefabricated concrete beam-column node and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the prefabricated concrete beam-column node includes: assembling node connectors, and mounting studs on each node connector; welding a circumferential reinforcing plate with a groove hole in the center to a middle-rear section of each node connector; mounting a longitudinal rebar on each circumferential reinforcing plate; pouring a concrete beam between two circumferential reinforcing plates; welding a hidden corbel to a side flange of each of structural columns; hoisting the concrete beam, and overlapping each node connector with the corresponding hidden corbel; welding each node connector to the corresponding structural column; and pouring the concrete beam between the circumferential reinforcing plates and the structural columns.

    摘要: A joining device (100) for precast reinforced concrete elements with a dry joint comprising a first group of joining reinforcements (10′) arranged on a first plane and in parallel with one another, each one of said joining reinforcements (10) comprising one reinforcement (1) and two threaded ends (2). The device comprises first coupling means (30) for coupling to the columns (200) arranged between the joining reinforcements (10) and perpendicular to the first plane defined by the joining reinforcements (10) and a plurality of anchoring plates (20) arranged so as to define a closed frame inside of which the joining reinforcements (10) are arranged, and where the inner space defined by the anchoring plates (20) is filled with a structural filler material (concrete, resin, composite, etc.) (50). The anchoring plates (20) comprise a plurality of holes (21), at least one for each threaded end (2), in a position that matches up with the latter, and through which the threaded ends (2) remain accessible. The device comprises second coupling means (40) between the threaded ends (2) and the beam (300) rebars.

    摘要: A foundation system for a tower, such as a wind turbine, includes a central hub assembly, a plurality of post-tensioned concrete beams, and an anchoring system associated with each beam. In use the foundation system is arranged so that the bottom surfaces of the concrete beams bear on soil and the anchoring is disposed within the soil. The beams can be inverted bulb-T beams having post-tensioning cables inserted there-through and cooperating with an oppositely disposed related beam. The central hub assembly can include a plurality of stacked disk elements or steel frame elements that are post-tensioned together to form a single hub structure.

    摘要: The object of the invention is a column shoe for securing steel concrete columns to a base. The column shoe includes a bolt housing, which includes a base-plate provided with a bolt hole, and an upper structure which is connected to the baseplate and to which at least one attachment unit is connected for securing the column shoe and the steel concrete column together. The bolt housing is fabricated by casting such that the upper structure and the baseplate form a single-piece casting. A hole is formed in the bolt housing for the attachment unit. The hole is substantially coaxial with the bolt hole of the baseplate. The upper structure of the bolt housing includes a sleeve structure which is formed integrally with the upper structure and on which the hole for the attachment unit is formed, and the upper structure of the bolt housing includes a wall structure by which the sleeve structure is connected with the baseplate, and the wall structure of the bolt housing is tapering in direction of the sleeve structure.
