    摘要: The Present Disclosure relates to a poke-in connector configured so that a wire can be contacted at the same time it is locked to a terminal, solely by the action of pushing the wire into the terminal. More specifically, it relates to a poke-in connector that facilitates locking and unlocking of a wire. The poke-in connector of the Present Disclosure comprises a terminal where a wire is inserted and locked while making contact, and a housing that covers the terminal and is formed as one piece with a locking release lever that releases the wire from the locked state. The locking release lever comprises a flexible extension part that has elasticity and extends from the housing, and a pressing part that is formed on the terminus of the flexible extension part and enables the removal of the wire by spreading the locking part of the terminal to either side when pressed.

The shell is made of a metal. The shell has an operation portion and a contact portion. The spring member is made of another metal which is harder than the metal of the shell. The spring member has an operated portion and a press portion. When the operation portion moves the operated portion, the press portion is moved away from the contact portion. The press portion presses the conductive core against the contact portion under a connection state where the conductive core is connected with the connector.

    摘要: A spring-loaded clamping connection (1) for clamping electrical conductors, having a clamping spring (2) and having a bus bar (6) is described. The clamping spring (2) has a contact limb (3), a spring arc (4) adjoining said contact limb (3), and a clamping limb (5) adjoining the spring arc (4). The clamping limb (5) has a clamping edge (12) for forming a clamping point with the adjacent bus bar (6) for a conductor to be clamped. The spring-loaded clamping connection (1) also has a frame element (7), which is formed as a part separate from the clamping spring (2) and the bus bar (6) and which has a base portion (10), a curved portion (9) adjoining the base portion (10), and a retaining portion (8) adjoining said curved portion (9) and distanced from the base portion (10). The contact limb (3) of the clamping spring (2) is secured to the retaining portion (8). The retaining portion (8) extends in the projection of the extension direction of the contact limb (3). The curved portion (9) limits, behind the clamping point in the insertion direction (L) of a conductor to be clamped, a conductor-accommodating space (14) for accommodating a free end of the electrical conductor. The base portion (10) extends from the curved portion (9) toward the free end of the base portion (10) counter to the insertion direction (L) of an electrical conductor to be clamped.

In an idle position of the resilient clamping element (3) without an electrical conductor having been inserted, wherein the clamping edge (11) rests on the current rail (2), the first section (9) when viewed in the direction in which the resilient clamping element (3) extends from the resilient bend (5) is at an obtuse angle α with respect to the current rail (2) and the second section (10) is at an acute angle β with respect to the current rail (2).

The insulation housing includes a press hole and a press block movable with respect to the press hole. The conductive terminal block has a base and two extension arms bent and extending from the base. The clamp terminal block includes a base plate positioned on the base, two flexible arms bent from the base plate, and a contact portion connected to each flexible arm. The press block passes through between the two flexible arms to press each contact portion, so that the two flexible arms are resiliently released from contact with the two extension arms to allow wires to be inserted and clamped between the flexible arms and the extension arms. Accordingly, connecting wire can be achieved easily, conveniently, and efficiently.

    摘要: A wire connection terminal holding structure includes an insulation outer case and a conductive holding frame disposed in the outer case. The outer case is formed with a wire socket and a perforation. The holding frame includes an electrical connection member and elastic members respectively disposed on two sides of the electrical connection member. Each of the elastic members extends to form a holding section. The holding sections extend toward each other to define therebetween a holding mouth corresponding to the wire socket and a wire insertion space positioned between the holding sections in communication with the holding mouth. A split is formed between top edges of the holding sections. A pushbutton is disposed in the perforation for pushing and opening/closing the holding mouth. A stop section is disposed on at least one of the holding sections of the elastic members for blocking the split.
