摘要: A main body portion is to be mounted to a housing by being inserted into the housing. An electrical wire insertion portion is provided in an end portion of the main body portion, defines an insertion opening into which a leading end portion of an electrical wire is to be inserted, and is configured to restrict movement of the electrical wire in a direction perpendicular to the direction of insertion of the electrical wire into the insertion opening. A conductive body connection portion is provided in the main body portion and is configured to be electrically connected to a conductive body of the electrical wire inserted into the insertion opening. 摘要: A contacting device for contacting an electrical conductor to an electrical conductor track includes a housing having openings for inserting the conductor and the conductor track into a cavity. A contact clip is in the cavity, and is a single element that includes a first portion having an end to press the conductor onto the conductor track, and a second portion from which a protrusion protrudes. The contact clip is bent in the cavity so that the first portion is under bending stress and the end of the first portion is pressed against the protrusion. The second portion is arranged in the housing such that it and the protrusion are displaced when a force acts on the second portion, as a result of which the end of the first portion is released from abutting the protrusion and is pressed against the conductor to hold the conductor on the conductor track.

摘要: A conductive component structure of wire connection terminal is manufactured at lower cost and more securely assembled with the conductive wire. The conductive component includes a main body in the form of a plate body and a restriction body connected on the main body. The restriction body defines a mouth section and has an oblique wall connected with the mouth section. When the conductive wire is plugged into the case into contact with the conductive component, the restriction body guides the conductive wire and the rear end of the conductive wire is restricted and secured by the oblique wall. The conductive component improves the shortcomings of the conventional structure that the conductive wire is apt to deflect or swing due to external force to lead to unstable contact and insecurity and affect the electro-conductive efficiency.

The plug-in contact of the discharge resistor is clamped and electrically contacted to the contact metal by the first spring.

摘要: A wire connection terminal device includes a main body and a pressing/moving unit assembled with the main body. The pressing/moving unit has a shafted section, a cam section connected with the shafted section and a force application section formed on the cam section and a press section formed on the cam section. The cam section can freely rotate or swing within a chamber defined by the main body. A metal leaf spring is disposed in the chamber of the main body for pressing and electrically connecting with a conductive wire. The metal leaf spring is responsive to the motion of the pressing/moving unit to release the conductive wire. The wire connection terminal device improves the shortcomings of the conventional structure that the volume of the case and the operational space are larger and the motional travel is longer.

The receiving space has a quadrilateral cross section, is constricted in the direction and receives the lead. The clamping portions removably clamp the lead. Each clamping portion has a height less than that of the main portion.

The busbar (7) has a clamping edge (6) which together with the resilient clamping edge (8) forms a clamping location for the electrical conductor which is intended to be clamped. The busbar (7) has a groove-like recess (14) in the conductor insertion direction (L) upstream of the clamping location adjacent to the clamping edge (6).
