摘要: A seat belt retractor with a belt shaft rotatably supported in a frame for winding up a seat belt. A blocking device blocks the belt shaft in the winding off direction. A control disk (1) is spring-loaded in the direction of winding up and with a cogging (2). A sensor device (3) with an inertia mass (4) and a blocking lever (5) can be deflected by deflecting the inertia mass (4), which blocks the control disk (1) upon an exceeding of a predetermined vehicle delay by deflecting the inertia mass (4) and with an engagement of the blocking lever (5) into the cogging (2) of the control disk (1) opposite the belt shaft in the direction of withdrawing the belt and controls the blocking device. A counter gear unit (6) is driven by the rotary movement of the belt shaft, and a first switching device (7) is activated by the counter gear unit (6) and blocks the control disk (1) after a first predetermined belt webbing withdrawal length (A) and frees it again after a second predetermined belt webbing intake length (B). A second switching device (8) is activated by the counter gear unit (6) and fixes the blocking lever (5) after a predetermined belt webbing intake length (C) in a non-engagement position into the cogging (2) of the control disk (1). The first switching device (7) and the second switching device (8) are activated during the belt webbing intake movement in the second predetermined belt band webbing intake length (B).

The lock switching mechanism includes an automatic locking retractor mechanism actuating lock member, and an automatic locking retractor mechanism actuating lock gear which locks the rotation in the belt withdrawing direction of the spool when the automatic locking retractor mechanism actuating lock member is engaged.

摘要: In a webbing retractor, internal teeth, which engage with a pawl for a WSIR, are formed independently as a gear for a WSIR. External teeth are formed at an outer peripheral surface of the gear for a WSIR. There is another pawl which meshes with the external teeth. By utilizing a mechanism for switching between an ELR and an ALR, at a time when an entire amount of a webbing is taken-up, the pawl is moved apart from the external teeth against urging force of an urging device, such that the gear for a WSIR is held in a rotatable state. At other times, the pawl engages with the external teeth and fixedly holds the gear for a WSIR. When end locking arises, restraint of the gear for a WSIR is released, and the pawl immediately moves away from the internal teeth.

摘要: A safety belt arrangement for motor vehicles, comprising at least one safety belt, which is wound to a greater or lesser degree around a belt reel which is rotatably secured about an axis of rotation to the vehicle chassis and which is biased in the belt winding up direction by a retraction mechanism and which also has, in particular, a draw-out blocking mechanism which blocks rapid drawing out of the safety belt and/or further drawing out of the safety belt in the event of accident dependent accelerations of the motor vehicle, wherein a ratchet wheel is rotationally fixedly coupled to the belt reel and cooperates with a latching pawl fixed to the housing, which can be engaged and disengaged in such a way that when the latching pawl is engaged into the ratchet wheel a rolling up movement of the belt reel by the spring retraction mechanism is possible but not, however, a pulling out of the safety belt; and wherein the latching pawl can be engaged and disengaged, with respect to the ratchet wheel, by an actuating element, in particular by a cam ring, via a step-down transmission in such a way that the latching pawl (a) is disengaged when the safety belt is at least substantially fully drawn in, and (b) is engaged when the safety belt is at least substantially fully drawn out.

摘要: A webbing retractor is provided that includes a winding shaft onto which a webbing used for restraining a vehicle occupant is wound; a locking pawl which is actuated to stop rotation of the winding shaft in a webbing unwinding direction; an automatic locking retractor (ALR) lever which can be moved at an operating position when the locking pawl is actuated and at a non-operating position when the locking pawl is not actuated, and which is usually biased toward the operating position; a cam member for holding the ALR lever at the non-operating position from a first state in which the webbing is wound onto the winding shaft substantially to its full length to a second state immediately before the webbing is pulled out substantially to its full length, and a stopping mechanism for holding the ALR lever at the non-operating position to the end of the second state and allowing movement of the ALR lever to the operating position when the winding shaft rotates, in a third state, in a direction in which the webbing is rewound. The retractor allows the webbing to be pulled out to its full length without actuation of the ALR lever.

When almost all the webbing 50 is wound, not only a retaining wall 41c of a rotation control disc 41 regulates an engaging catch 26b of a lock arm 26 so that the engaging catch 26b does not move in the direction of engaging with an internal gear 34a of a gear case 34, but also a projection 12 arranged so as to project from a bobbin 3 engages with the lock arm 26 that is unengaged with the internal gear 34a, which in turn blocks a rachet wheel 18 from rotating with a delay with respect to the bobbin 3. As a result, a pole 16 that is operated by the rachet wheel 18 rotating with a delay with respect to the bobbin 3 is held in an inoperative condition in which the pole 16 is not engaged with engaging internal teeth 2.

摘要: A belt retractor comprises a belt reel rotatably mounted in a frame, a locking mechanism for selective blocking of belt reel rotation and an activating mechanism for the locking mechanism with a control disk restrictedly rotatable with respect to the belt reel. The locking mechanism is activated by rotation of the control disk relative to the belt reel. A planetary gear is provided which includes a sun wheel connected to the belt reel for joint rotation, an annular gear secured to the frame and at least one planet wheel having an external toothing mating with the sun wheel and the annular gear. The planet wheel has at least one switching cam. A switching toggle is mounted to swivel between a normal position and a locking position. The switching toggle is moveable into the locking position by the switching cam of the planet wheel to inhibit the activating mechanism.

摘要: A belt retractor for vehicle safety belts to secure a child's seats or loads on a vehicle seat comprises a belt drum rotatably mounted in a housing and a locking mechanism for preventing rotation of the belt drum. A tripping mechanism is also provided, which has a coupling disk connected with the belt drum and provided with external gear teeth. A pawl is able to be selectively pivoted between an engagement position with the external gear teeth of the coupling disk and a normal position out of engagement with such external gear teeth. A ring of gear teeth is driven by the belt drum and two gear wheels are in mesh with said ring of gear teeth. The gear wheels are rotatably mounted on the ends of a rocking member, which is pivotally mounted on the housing. An actuating arm is connected with the rocking member for the operation of the pawl. Switching elements are provided on the periphery of the gear wheels and of the ring of gear teeth and abut against one another in permanently set relative angular positions of the gear wheels and of the ring of gear teeth, the rocking member being pivoted thereby. The switching elements comprise at least one switching tooth projecting beyond the periphery of one of the ring of gear teeth and the gear wheels and a closed tooth gap on the other of the ring of gear teeth and the gear wheels.
