摘要： A device for successively displaying a plurality of images includes a plurality N of overlying panels where N is at least 3. Each of the panels defines a longitudinal series of flexible slats and louvers between the slats, the slats being longitudinally longer than the louvers. Each of the slats of all underlying panels are interleaved longitudinally through the louvers of all overlying panels, the slats of each panel cooperatively defining one of the plurality of images. Each of the slats of an overlying panel is laterally narrower than the slats of all underlying panels. A knob is provided for moving in turn each of a subplurality N-1 of the plurality of panels a length at least equal to the length of a louver such that movement of a given panel in one longitudinal direction exposes the slats of an adjacently overlying panel and conceals the slats of the given panel underneath the slats of an underlying panel, and movement of the given panel in the opposite longitudinal direction exposes the slats of the given panel and conceals the slats of an adjacently overlying panel under the slats of the given panel.

摘要： An aerodynamic rotor with pull-cord launcher toy adapted to attach a self-contained chemiluminescent light source to the rotor thereof, making the toy suited for use in the dark. The rotor includes one or more holders integrally formed into the blade(s) thereof for confining the light source therein. The light source is non-heat generating and creates a glowing shape of light when the rotor is launched and provides a source for locating the rotor when it lands. The rotor's shaft and the launcher's connector tube have an interconnecting design which enables them to easily be connected in the dark by feel. Some blades of the rotor have a small opening near their outer end to produce a whistling sound when the rotor is launched and rotates rapidly.

摘要： A painting system made up of a porous substrate sheet mounted on an impermeable support, the sheet having preformed therein a picture in outline, the outline being waterproof barrier bands which thereby form discrete segments within the porous sheet, there being disposed in the sheet a multiplicity of concentrated dye spots whereby addition of water to the porous sheet causes dissolution of the individual dye spots and migration of dissolved dye within each segment of the porous sheet to the limits set by the aforementioned barrier bands, ultimately forming the picture that had been outlined in the porous sheet by the barrier bands.

摘要： There is disclosed an electrothermal color-varying device inducing color change in a thermally color-varying layer by heat generation in an electrothermal heat-generating member, in which the heat-generating member is composed of a non-metallic member having a positive temperature coefficient on the electric resistance at least in a temperature range 25.degree. 摘要： A kit and method for making beaded pictures whereby a base card is impressed and printed with the outline of a picture. An adhesive is applied to the base card along the imprinted outline and strings of beads are applied thereto to outline sections of the picture. Adhesive is thereafter spread over the bead outlined areas and beads are placed thereon until the entire picture surface is beaded. The completed picture is coated with a film of transparent glue to preserve the beading. The size of bead and type of bead can be varied such that kits suitable for use by all ages and levels of skill are possible.

摘要： The present invention is a spinning light device. The device primarily consists of a metallic battery case, a hard wire coil, and a number of insulated wires, light bulb sockets, and light bulbs. When the device is turned on by means of a switch, the user simply grasps the device by the metallic battery case and whirls the attached lights about in circular or other motions. The effect is to produce a trail of light behind the moving light bulb or bulbs. A sparkling effect may be added to the whirling of the illuminated device by attaching either a tinsel wrap or another reflective material to the hard wire coil.

One or more digitized voices is stored in a memory chip 54 mounted on the board. Electronic switches 52 and 56 select a lamp 36 to be lit when a manually engageable switch is operated, and also cause one of the digitized voice tracks to be broadcast through the speaker, the particular voice track being associated with the illuminated image, the lights and voices preferably being selected in a predetermined manner to follow a script.
