Abstract: Disclosed are a transmission method and device, for use in solving the problem in the prior art that no specific solution is available for dealing with how to transmit an SR and a PUSCH when the SR overlaps with the PUSCH in a time domain. According to embodiments of the present invention, if it is determined that a PUCCH bearing first type of DCI overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain after a target node of the PUSCH, it is possible to select to discard the first type of DCI or delay the first type of DCI to the next transmission opportunity for transmitting. The first type of DCI borne by the PUCCH overlapping with the PUSCH is discarded or delayed to the next transmission opportunity for transmitting, thus ensuring that one PUSCH ready to be transmitted or being transmitted can be normally transmitted and reducing a waste of system resources.

The transmission method for the terminal includes: receiving configuration information transmitted from a network device, to obtain a configuration parameter of a Grant-Free (GF) Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH); performing PUSCH transmission in accordance with the configuration parameter, wherein the configuration parameter is configured based on an existence of A bits of first Uplink Control information (UCI) to be transmitted on the PUSCH, and the A represents a predetermined quantity of bits; or determining a PUSCH transmission resource in accordance with the configuration parameter and whether there is the first UCI to be transmitted on the PUSCH, and performing PUSCH transmission on the determined PUSCH transmission resource.

The information transmission method includes: in the case that a first uplink channel carrying first UCI overlaps a second uplink channel carrying second UCI in time domain, determining a third uplink channel for multiplexing transmission of the first UCI and the second UCI; judging whether a starting position and/or an ending position of the third uplink channel is later than a starting position and/or an ending position of the first uplink channel by a predetermined time; and when it is judged that the starting position and/or the ending position of the third uplink channel is later than the starting position and/or the ending position of the first uplink channel by the predetermined time, dropping the second UCI, and transmitting the first UCI on the first uplink channel.

Abstract: Provided are a data retransmission method and device, and a terminal. The method includes: acquiring a radio resource control (RRC) signaling, wherein the RRC signaling at least comprises a first configuration field and a second configuration field; the first configuration field is a configured grant (ConfiguredGrantConfig) field, and the second configuration field is a physical uplink shared channel configuration (PUSCH-config) field; in the case that a base station dynamically schedules the terminal to perform a retransmission of a PUSCH, determining a parameter set for the retransmission according to a configuration parameter comprised in the first configuration field and a configuration parameter comprised in the second configuration field; and performing the retransmission of the PUSCH according to the determined parameter set.
