    Abstract: A communication method and a communication apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by a first satellite, a PDU, where the PDU includes first information, the first information includes an identifier of a UPF agent, and the identifier of the UPF agent indicates one of one or more UPF agents associated with a last-hop satellite; and forwarding, by the first satellite, the PDU to a second satellite, where the second satellite is a next hop that is of the first satellite, that corresponds to the first information, and that is determined from at least one correspondence pre-stored by the first satellite, and each of the at least one group of correspondences indicates a correspondence between one piece of first information and a next hop.

    Abstract: This application provides a TA determining method and apparatus for a terminal device. After receiving a TA adjustment parameter sent by an access network device and determining that a TA of the terminal device needs to be adjusted, the terminal device determines a TA scaling factor, a subcarrier spacing parameter, and a first TA, to jointly adjust the first TA to obtain a second TA. ATA adjustment parameter k is added when the terminal device determines the second TA, so that an adjustable range of the TA is larger. Therefore, the TA may be applied to determining the TA of the terminal device when the terminal device communicates with a satellite base station. In this way, the terminal device can adjust the TA when movement of a device is caused by both the terminal device and the satellite base station.

    Abstract: A network verification system obtains configuration data of a plurality of network devices, where a data model of the configuration data is described by using a general data modeling language independent of the network devices; and the network verification system verifies data links between the plurality of network devices based on the configuration data of the plurality of network devices and a topology structure between the plurality of network devices. The network verification system verifies the data links between the plurality of network devices based on the topology structure between the plurality of network devices and the configuration data described by using the general data modeling language independent of the network devices. This helps improve scalability of the network verification system and avoids relatively poor scalability of network simulation software that occurs when conventional network simulation software provides a template for configuration data of each type of network device.

    Abstract: A data broadcast method includes obtaining, by a satellite base station, a plurality of pieces of data that are to be broadcast. The plurality of pieces of data are a same type of data including compensation values of Doppler frequency shifts, change rates of Doppler frequency shifts, transmission delays, change rates of transmission delays, timing advances TAs, change rates of TAs, or angles of a plurality of beams that respectively correspond to a plurality of beams generated by the satellite base station. The satellite base station determines reference data and a difference between each piece of data in the plurality of pieces of data and the reference data. The satellite base station sends first indication information and a plurality of pieces of second indication information to a terminal device. The first indication information indicates the reference data.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for coding in a wireless communication network.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a rate matching method and an apparatus. The method includes performing, by a sending apparatus, encoding using a polar code to obtain a first encoded sequence whose length is N. A sequence number of a polarization channel may range from 0 to N−1. The method includes determining, by the sending apparatus, P1 to-be-punctured bit positions. The method includes performing puncturing at the P1 bit positions in the first encoded sequence to obtain rate-matched encoded bits. The P1 to-be-punctured bit positions are bit positions corresponding to polarization channels 0 to PT1−1, PT1 to 3N/8−1, and/or N/2 to 5N/8−1, PT1 is a threshold of a quantity of to-be-punctured bit positions, and PT1≤N/4. The method includes sending the rate-matched encoded bits.
