    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for grouping demodulation reference signal (DMRS) sequences for uplink transmission without grant based on one or more of cross correlation of sequences, the cubic metric or peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). In accordance with this technique, the power control for transmissions of DMRS can also be exploited to enhance sequence grouping. Features of the present disclosure may prepare a composite sequence that is generated by concatenating two base sequences. In this instance, the base station may provide UEs with a pool of base sequences. For transmission of DMRS, the UEs may select two base sequences that may be transmitted in two consecutive slots or two DMRS symbols in a slot. By allowing the UE to select two base sequences, the network may reduce the probability of a collision that may occur when two UEs select the same base sequence.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first network node may receive assistance information indicating an occurrence of at least one dynamic network change, wherein the at least one dynamic network change corresponds to a change from a first network state to a second network state, wherein a first machine learning scheme is associated with the first network state, and wherein the first machine learning scheme includes a machine learning model for generating a prediction associated with a first serving cell and/or a machine tearning parameter associated with the machine tearning model. The first network node may identify, based at least in part on the assistance information, a second machine learning scheme associated with the second network state, and may perform a wireless communication based at least in part on the second machine learning scheme.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first network node, such as a user equipment (UE), may receive a first model configured to predict at least one of time-domain characteristics or spatial-domain characteristics associated with a set of channel measurement resources (CMRs). The first network node may generate first measurement information corresponding to a first quantity of CMRs of the set of CMRs and may input the first measurement information into the first model. The first network node may obtain, as an output of the first model, first predicted information corresponding to a second quantity of CMRs of the set of CMRs, receive signals using the second quantity of CMRs, and generate second measurement information corresponding to the second quantity of CMRs. The first network node may train the first model with the second measurement information and transmit the trained first model to a second network node.

    Abstract: The UE may receive a neighboring RS resource configuration associated with an RS resource set and identify one or more neighboring RS resources associated with at least one target RS resource based on the neighboring RS resource configuration. The method of wireless communication may improve beam management through enabling the UE to report not just measurements of a strongest beam, but also enabling the UE to identify one or more neighboring beams associated with a target beam as a part of beam management, without increasing the signaling overhead to indicate the neighboring beams.

The network node may transmit at least one CSI report that indicates a primary set of CSI measurements, of a plurality of CSI measurements associated with the reference signal resource set, and a secondary set of CSI measurements of the plurality of CSI measurements, wherein the plurality of CSI measurements comprises at least one of a physical layer reference signal received power (RSRP) value or a physical layer signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR), and wherein the primary set of CSI measurements comprises at least one of a strongest RSRP value or a strongest SINR associated with the plurality of CSI measurements.
