A lifter with linkage mechanism includes a frame being movably on floor, a lifting mechanism disposed on the upper portion of said frame and a loading plate jointed with the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism includes a lifting arm with a lifting driving box. Two four-bar linkage mechanisms are jointed with a first end of the lifting arm, while a second end of the lifting arm is rotatablely jointed with the frame. The frame includes a horizontal base seat and two columns with vertical guiding groove respectively symmetrically disposed on left side and right side of the horizontal base seat. A crossbeam is coupled between two columns. The four-bar linkage mechanism is disposed between two columns, and the four-bar linkage mechanism is respectively jointed with the loading plate and the lifting arm. In the present invention, the loading plate will be well guided and move freely. The structure of the cantalever style loading plate is simple; it is suitably applied in the double-deck parking garage.

The present invention provides a method for creating routes in access devices of the communication network by using access response messages. With the method provided by the present invention, services can be distinguished and forwarded based on destination IP sub-networks, so that different services can be distributed in access devices. In this way, on the premise that services are distinguished based on layer 3, the requirements for access devices are reduced and layer 2 networks on the user side are not required to carry out route protocols, which decreases administrators' maintenance work and is the important condition for the realization of plug&play and reduces the requirements for marginal routers.

A method to control the distribution of the starch sugar's molecular weight by controlling of Ultra-low DE value during the reaction was invented. The method comprising blending starch with water to get starch slurry, and then mixing it with the 0.01%-0.03% of CaCl2 based on dried starch. The next step involves adjusting the pH of the starch slurry. A further step involves adding 0.03%-0.08% of heat-resisting α-amylases based on dried starch to the starch slurry described above. A further step involves controlling the production under optimal reaction conditions.
