    摘要: The invention provides a mobile carriage which is adapted to shift the center of gravity efficiently by utilizing the weight of wheel rotating means, power source means and control means to thereby increase the weight of a weight portion and reduce the increase in the weight of the entire carriage, the carriage comprising a base frame, a front wheel and a rear wheel which are disposed under the base frame, wheel rotating means coupled to the front wheel and the rear wheel for rotatingly driving the wheels, power source means for the wheel rotating means, center-of-gravity shifting means having a weight portion disposed above the base frame and a mechanism for moving the weight portion relative to the base frame to shift the position of the center of gravity of the base frame by moving the weight portion by the moving mechanism, and control means for controlling the wheel rotating means and the moving mechanism, the carriage being characterized in that at least one of the wheel rotating means, the power source means and the control means is utilized as the weight portion of the center-of-gravity shifting means.

    摘要: Remote-controlled equipment (1) with the ability to move through the inside of a pipeline or other confined cylindrical volumes, pulling an umbilical (10) and carrying accessories. It consists basically of a body (2) and a through-bar (8) which are equipped with heads (3, 4, 5). Said heads are able to be fixed to the inner wall of the pipeline or released therefrom alternately by means of manual or automatic commands. The vehicle (1) has various safety devices to prevent it becoming caught inside the pipeline in abnormal situations. The invention (1) makes it possible to take tools or materials to a remote point inside the pipeline in order to carry out diverse operations.

    摘要: An air powered vehicle including a frame having a longitudinally extending central member which extends from the front of the vehicle rearwardly and upwardly in arcuate configuration to upper rear end. A transversly extending lower outrigger member is attached to the central member toward the front end of the central member and upper transversely extending outrigger member is disposed toward the rear of the central member. A vertical support member extends upwardly from the central member and supports the upper outrigger. A motor mounting means is disposed at the rear upper end of the central member and is defined in part by the upper outrigger member whereby a motor is supported at the rear upper end of the central member. A steerable surface engaging assembly is disposed at the front end of the central member and side surface engaging assemblies are connected to the outriggers and the frame by struts, connecting rods and pivotably interconnected links.
