摘要： A reversible ratchet-type wrench includes a handle and a head extended from the handle and having a hole. A web is defined between the handle and the head, and a cavity is defined in the web and communicated with the hole. The web further includes a compartment having a first end communicated with the cavity and a second end communicated with outside, thereby leaving a bridge in the web. A drive member is rotatably mounted in the hole of the head. A pawl is mounted in the cavity and includes a first side with ratchet teeth for releasably engaging with teeth on an outer periphery of the drive member. A switch member includes a turn-piece for manual operation and an actuating plate extended from the turn-piece and rotatably received in the second end of the compartment of the head. The switch member is switchable between two positions for changing ratcheting direction of the drive member. A biasing arrangement is mounted in the cavity and between the pawl and the actuating plate for biasing the ratchet teeth of the pawl to engage with the teeth of the drive member.

摘要： A wrench includes a handle having a ring-shaped head in which a toothed member is rotatably received. Three protrusions extend radially inward from an inner periphery of the ring-shaped head so as to define three recesses between the protrusions. Two grooves are respectively defined in a top and a bottom of each of the protrusions so as to two elastic members therein. A top cap and a lower cap are respectively mounted to the ring-shaped head. The lower cap has three curved slots defined in a top surface thereof. Three pawl members engaged with the toothed member are movably located in the recesses and each have a pin movably received in the curved slots of the lower cap. The elastic members bias a rear surface of each of the pawl members.

The clutch includes two claws put in the recess and a spring put between the claws. Each of the claws includes a toothed face and a rod. The claws can easily be put into the recess since the rods can be moved through the channel. A controller is put rotationally in the pothole for moving the rods. The gear is put in the circular space. The gear includes a toothed face for engagement with the toothed face of one of the claws. The C-ring includes an external edge put in the annular groove, an internal edge for retaining the annular gear in the circular space and a gate projecting from an upper face for blocking the channel.

摘要： An axial pawl ratcheting mechanism is provided that may be used for a wrench and comprises a first disc including axial gear teeth on a first side providing for ratcheting in a first direction. A second disc is provided having axial gear teeth and peripheral gear teeth. The second disc is mounted to the first side of the first disc so that the first disc axial gear teeth engage the second disc axial gear teeth and provide an axial pawl ratchet assembly. A ratchet head is provided having an internally toothed opening for receiving the axial pawl ratchet assembly therein so that the peripheral gear teeth of the second disc engage the internal diameter teeth of the ratchet head in order to transfer torque between the ratchet head and the axial pawl ratchet assembly. An actuator is provided for adjusting the positioning of the axial pawl ratchet assembly between a first engagement position and a second engagement position. In the first engagement position the first disc and the second disc will ratchet in a first direction and transmit torque in a second direction and in the second engagement position the first and second discs will ratchet in the second direction and transmit torque in the first direction.
