    摘要: The present disclosure is related to provide a lubricating grease composition having a high static friction coefficient while maintaining excellent low-temperature torque characteristics, high-temperature shear stability, and high-temperature oil separation characteristics.
    A lubricating grease composition of the present disclosure contains a base oil, a thickener, and a solid lubricant, wherein the solid lubricant is calcium carbonate, the amount of the calcium carbonate blended is 1 to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the lubricating grease composition, the calcium carbonate has an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 30 μm, the base oil has a kinematic viscosity of 18 to 300 mm2/s at 40° C., and the lubricating grease composition has a worked penetration of 240 to 320.

    摘要: A heat-conductive silicone grease composition comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane in an amount of 20 to 90 parts by mass, (B) a non-silicone-type organic compound in an amount of 80 to 10 parts by mass (wherein the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by mass) and (C) a heat-conductive inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm in an amount of 200 to 2,000 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the components (A) and (B), wherein the SP value of the non-silicone-type organic compound (B) is greater than that of the organopolysiloxane (A) (i.e., (B)>(A)), the value obtained by subtracting the SP value of the component (A) from the SP value of the component (B) is greater than 2, and the viscosity of the heat-conductive silicone grease composition is 50 to 1,000 Pa·s at 25° C.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a grease composition, for an outer ring rotation type rolling bearing, which is capable of satisfying all of high-temperature durability, low-temperature property, peeling resistance, and rust-preventive property. A grease composition (7) to be enclosed in the outer rig rotation type rolling bearing for use in automotive electric auxiliary machines contains base oil, a thickener, a peeling-resistant additive, a wear-resistant additive, and a rust-preventive agent. The base oil is mixed oil of trimellitic acid ester oil and synthetic hydrocarbon oil mixed therewith in a mass ratio of (70:30) to (90:10). The thickener consists of a diurea compound shown by a formula (1).
